might need couple of extra minutes to warm up your ride before headed off to work. frost advisory in effect for the entire delaware valley until 8:00 this morning. that frost will quickly dissipate, as temperatures warm very quickly after the sun comes up this morning. temperatures right now, though, cool to start, 41 in philly, 38 degrees in allentown, 34 degrees in atlantic city, but daylight, it is getting longer, even more time to enjoy some sunshine as you head out the office. our sunset time tonight, 7:40, by april 30th, the sun is setting close to 8:00 and by may 15th, after the 8:00 hour, always enjoy when we have more sunshine at the end of the day. we are gaining about two and a half minutes of daylight, each day, and that is good news, and even more good news, in your extended forecast, and in your day planner, 50 degrees by the 9:00 hour, or to up near 06 degrees, by lunchtime. bright sunshine, stays with us, all throughout the day, into the 3:00 hour, we warm up, meisha, very nicely, 64 degrees, so you will need

that jacket to start, but i think by this afternoon, you can lose that jacket, and just take in some sunshine. >> absolutely, that's going to be gorgeous, tan will feel so good. thanks so much, lauren, good morning, happy friday to you. schuylkill, headlight moving in the eastbound direction past 202, see it certainly starting to heat up now. we have been watching the schuylkill, ever since about 4:30, so for about an hour now. now starting to obviously heat up little bit. fifty-nine at girard, same story. overall 95 south around girard and cottman, what you are looking at, i would say, fairly normal for this hour. 5:30, push toward the 6:00 it will heat up little bit more. give yourself couple of extra minute because we notice this can change fairly quickly. where we have some construction this morning, broad street both directions between jfk boulevard and spring garden, that right lane is compromised again that's both directions, you can see the cones still out there, i'll let you know it get cleared out of your way, right now still out there. volume levels just aren't there in that area right now, nothing to worry about. construction pa turnpike westbound, connector bridge, left lane is blocked there. make note of this. because this is one of the areas that will certainly slow

you down little bit. then we still have the accident out there skippack pike at north wales road. jim, over to you. >> thanks so much, meisha a lots of frustration at philadelphia international airport, due to extra long wait times for security. >> long lines have caused records number of people to miss their flights it, could get worse. "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt tells you what is causing the back up and what officials doing to stop it. >> it is one of the most stressful part of flying. the pre-flight wait in a security line that could be an hour, sometimes even longer. >> it look like they were just slow, as well. that they were doing extra work. >> new data shows that in one week last month, about 6800 american airlines passengers, record number, missed their flights, because of the long lines. >> and the security line, like an hour, in the security line. >> data from cbs news shows the number of tsa screeners down 15% from 2011. airport officials around the country and locally are doing their best to accommodate. >> we know that the line may

look very long, but there are many lanes within the checkpoints, so even though the line looks long, it may not be as daunting as it appears to be. >> quickly point out the security lines just that, to ensure security, in a statement to "eyewitness news", a spokesperson said the agency's number one priority is keeping you safe. quote, we at tsa have a robust plan, to address the volume, including more k9 use, encouraging pre check enrollment, over time, accelerated hiring and more end quote. speaking of tsa pre-check, new numbers show not as many people are signing up for the fast pass service. some don't want to pay. other don't know it exists. you have to just bear with everybody. be patient. that's what it is all about. >> david spunt, cbs-3, "eyewitness news". >> in other news, federal court hearing scheduled today for bill cosby, one every his accusers, andrea constant. both accuse the other of violating 2006 privacy clause

mark, chilly temperatures really everywhere you go. another 20 degrees reading on the board, 29 degrees, at eileen's house, an in gilbertsville, pennsylvania, clear sky conditions as well. eileen is reporting, she says, today is the beginning of a great spring weekends she knows the forecast in store. if you like the weather we've had so far over the last several days you are really going to love the weekend, gradual warming trends will continue. but for this morning, we are still little chilly. 41 degrees in philly, 38 degrees in allentown, 38 degrees right now in reading. and what a difference this weekend is going to be. as in comparison to last weekends, high temperature last saturday, don't even want to look, 43 degrees, but or forecast high as we head into tomorrow, 67 degrees. that's much better. storm scan3, showing us, a bunch of nothing, no returns on the radar, not even any satellite imagery. because there are no clouds in the sky. that's how we keep it as we head into the day today. nice and sunny, mile up to 65 degrees, few degrees above average for us, as we head into tonight. another chilly one, though,

conversely with clear skies, calm winds down to 42 degrees, so might have to break out the winter coat if you are headed out on the town this friday evening. but we have high pressure as mark observed, in control it, will keep us nice and sunny throughout the weekend. we warm up into the 70s, as we head into sunday. then talking about some upper seven's, as we head into monday. and just beautiful seven day forecast, a lot of sunshine, meisha, not an april shower to see in the next seven days, so really soaking in some sunshine, and we will keep the roads nice and dry, always good for commute. >> lauren now we are talking, you are now speaking my language. we'll have that conversation all day. sounds good to me. 422, tail light moving in the eastbound direction past route 29. this is what you are looking at, still looking okay. starting to see brake lights go off in some of the areas. make note. overall things looking good. the blue route, headlights moving in the southbound direction at baltimore pike, same story here. see how many vehicles are now starting to litter the streets. we imagine that. i mean, we know this will happen before the 6:00 hour. even on a friday, even on friday's, when it tends to be little lighter. still know it will get busy.
