lawsuit, both bill cosby, and one of his accusers, andrea con stand, the other party, violated that agreement. now, the third issue has to do with former district attorney bruce castor. >> bill cosby, back in the spotlight today. happening this afternoon a federal court judge is set to be weighing three separate issues. former temple employee and cosby accuser andrea wants to avoid seek rosary klaus surrounding the 2006 civil settle. the lawsuit cosby filed against her, her mother and her lawyer, alleges they violated that secrecy agreement by cooperating with officials who reopened her criminal complaint last year. con stand's attorney says cosby is simply using the courtesies tell to try to intimidate witnesses. the judge is also hearing motions in con stand's defemation suit against former montgomery county district attorney, bruce castor. castor declined to arrest cosby in 2005 when con stand alleged cosby sexually

temperatures didn't really help right now anyway. 31 degrees in millville. 34 degrees in cherry hill. 34 degrees in pemberton. really everywhere you look temperatures are chill think morning, you need that coat, maybe even hat. 32 degrees right now in mt. holly. and as we move northbound, 32 degrees at the freezing mark in quakertown and 35 in allentown. but, with clear sky conditions, storm scan3, confirm that for us, if returns on the radar, not even satellite imagery picking up anything, there are no clouds to see, perfect viewing conditions, for our meteor shower, meteor shower begins tonight, april 16, and run through the 25th, peak on the 23rd, and 24th. could you see around ten to 20 meteors per hour. so something to look out for, very cool, over the next several night we'll have nice clear sky conditions, perfect for viewing, although the moon might interrupt little bit with the brightness, but that's okay. sunshine it will be bright today. 65 degrees, northeast wind, turn over to east around 5 miles per hour, sunrise just ten minute away tonight clear sky conditions, chilly down to
