>> right now on eyewitness news philadelphia neighborhood is in mourning after a four year old girl is shot and killed. and tonight police believe they know who was holding the gun when it went over. >> good evening everyone i'm natasha brown. this shooting has sent shock waves throughout the kensington community as friend and family grapple with the loss of a little girl they loved so much. alexandria hof is life at police headquarters with new information i think the case for us. alex. >> reporter: the mother's boyfriend is inside of police headquarters right now. he had been wanted for questioning all evening. police say the gun that killed his child was his but that it was likely in the hands of a four year old victim's five year old sibling. there's nothing quite as painful as having to use a child's name in past tense.

really over the last several days we had the beautiful sunshine fourth sunny day in a row. got to like that t temperatures conducive to being outdoors nice and spring like. warming up to 70s. 60 isn't too bad either for a spring day. 50 degrees right now after topping at 67 degrees today in center city philadelphia. east wind at about eight miles per hour. storm scan 3 showing us the trends of not much going on. a couple of patching clouds moving in across parts of northern new jersey. otherwise clouds well off shore. clear skies up and down i95 corridor keep it nice and year if you are headed to the phillies game tomorrow evening. 71 degrees and sunshine. cooling quickly with clear skies and light winds. at the end of the game temperatures back in the low singe we have this nice pattern at least for us we have low pressure off to the west, low pressure off to the east.
