rafferty headed to the boot in eagleville. also on the republican side, joseph peters on the democratic side, john morganelli, steven zapalla. no local races running decided, there but residents are headed to the polls to cast their votes to determine who will be the republican and democratic nominees in the upcoming presidential election in november. >> well the polls are now open in both pennsylvania and delaware. you have until 8:00 tonight to vote. >> well, will the weather hold out the voters heading to the polls? >> let's look at the primary day forecast with meteorologist, katie fehlinger live in the cbs-3 weather center. >> guys, still tracking a little bit of wet weather out there for later today. we had one thin line tried to survive as it rolled into philadelphia county, didn't have an easy time doing, that which is good news. we held off for little bit longer. but, in terms of the wet weather, that's set to change with enough time here, we will start to sigh the storms flaring up, again. and the temperatures are off to the racesment some of you already into the 80s, you need that heating of the day and the sunshine to actually get

the instability required, for some of these stronger storms. let's go right on out to the radar, show you what's up here. three-hour loop you are looking at, little line, you see how it just sort every fizzles away. what you will really need for the strongest storms is sunshine, where you do see those clouds, sort of giving way for clear sky, that is where you have got the best likelihood at least initially to see some stronger storms. now, the whole region essentially here sits in a slight risk, or at least marginal risk for severe thunderstorms t does look like the biggest many packs would be heavy downpours, gusty winds, possibility of small hail, frequent lightning with any storm cells that bubble up. timing things out, windows closing for it to stay totally dry, see for the lehigh val think begins early as 2:00 p.m., philly, three-six, maybe hitting the polls right after you picks the kids up, keep in mind you may want to keep the umbrella at the ready. down toward coastal new jersey and delaware, more like tame end of the day, leading into the early evening. now, eventually, there is more wet weather down the road.

welcome back. firefighters rescued a seven year old boy who fell into this 42-foot well at construction site in china. he was playing with friends when he fell into the narrow hole. construction workers heard the boys' friends cry for help and they called the police. once on the scene, firefighter volunteered agreed to be lowered into the well, tide a rope around the boys to be pulled to the surface. the boy only suffered minor injuries. boy that's scary. cbs news learned investigators looking at the possibility mexican drug cartel killed eight members of an ohio family in a pre-planned execution. >> it has been four days since the bod wrist found, and so far no arrests. correspondent david beg now has the latest in the investigation. >> a law enforcement source confirms to cbs news investigators found some 200 marijuana plants, they were inside an indoor grow-operation that was found in some of the homes where eight members of the roden family were executed. law enforcement sources

to develop. that's what we are watching. system in its entirety, coal enough to produce snow up across new england, not here, way too warm for. that will show you that in a second. part of much larger complex system. so trailing from a boundary system all the way back toward illinois, and another system that's errupting right now. out over the plane states, could be very significant tornado out brace in this part of the country later today, for us primarily as i mentioned earlier gusty wind, potential for heavy downpours and possibly some small hail also throw in the potential norfolk went lightning, any showers obviously long gone at this point, really into the afternoon that we have to dodge the showers and the storms, that come through. so later on today whether we see these little pop up's coming up f you're stuck underneath one you could get drenched. towards 5:00 p.m., looks like things dropping to the south. all moving from north to south. so throughout the course of the afternoon, and toward evening, and then basically done. now, tomorrow, that front will
