hillary clinton do not have actual offices inside this two story wilmington building. the neither do 280,000 plus businesses that call this address home. >> it actually probably takes lodger to get a library card, then it does to incorporate in the state of delaware. >> reporter: zfs holding is a llc claimed by clinton on her public tax record. according to the state database it is incorporated in delaware but business is not operated there same for numerous trump owned corporations displayed on the financial disclosure report. both share very same address, 1209 north orange street. >> awe void carpet tax you have many other taxes that you pay, employees will pay tax if a company is, based out of, delaware. >> reporter: trump has addressed the address, and makes no apologies about it. three companies incorporated in delaware, agrees. >> there is nothing sketchy about it.

up at 6:30 on the "cbs evening news". a bucks county mommies behind bars tonight, she's charged with abusing her daughter, causing her death. detectives say that 24 year-old kayla moore of morrisville admitted to kicking her two-year old daughter in the head and body over the weekend. the little will girl died at children's hospital on monday. >> her theory is that mom was under stress and she just snapped and this occurred. >> reporter: a second child in moore's home has been removed, moore is being held, without bail. scammers are trying to benefit from the death of 16 year-old amy joyner frances according to her family. she died from an alleged attack in the girls bathroom at howard high school of technology in wilmington last week. the family says that there are bogus donations pages popping up on line. police will update the community on did the even investigation during a parent's meeting later tonight. philadelphia police need the public's help in identifying robbery suspects who attacked two men in olde

well, philadelphia city controller alan butkovitz say things are worse then he thought at philadelphia's mail distribution center. butkovitz say follow-up to last years investigation found that overtime costs rose 27 percent over a two year period while productivity decreased by 10 percent. >> our investigators conduct an on schedule head count, with the commission with frank less lynn over 50 percent of the mail center work force was late reporting for duty. on the same day, the employees who are in the mail center were not working but sitting around the table. >> city controller believes workers improperly sorted mail and had little regard for security at the mail center. amazon is expanding in new jersey, with plans to open up two new fulfillment centers including one in our area. one site will be located in florence, burlington county, other in carteret middle sex county. warehouse in florence will offer 500 full-time job opportunities.

3 degrees colder. fifty-seven the high in allentown was warmer in our northern suburbs with more sunshine there. chilly down the shore highs in the lower 50's in atlantic city and wildwood. see high in maine, only 53, albany 58. but richmond 27, see where that frontal boundary was set is up. much warmer to the south and colder to the north. future weather lets time it out. tomorrow morning we will start the day with probably a few breaks of sun early, not the a sunny day, included will roll in quickly. by noon a stray shower, steady rain possible around the three or 4:00 o'clock hour and this could impact your evening commute. that batch lifts out. we have scattered showers all day friday, cloud holding on, friday cold day highs only in the 50's. little break in the action on saturday. we may see sun peak through cloud but look at this big shield of rain impacts us by later on sunday. next few days thanks to the the northeast wind and front stalled off to the the south it is cloudy, and cool.
