not lot of people on the roadways. thinking of heading out anytime soon you are in great company this early. construction on 422 westbound has cleared between the schuylkill and route 23, that right lane was block for quite sometime. vine was never close. we are looking good here moving in the west and eastbound direction. burlington bristol bridge opened up from the overnight closures and it is opening at 4:45 for basic opening. jim, over to you. thanks, meisha. philadelphia police source tells eyewitness nice officers stormed the wrong house taking an innocent family into custody. >> it happened early yesterday morning on the 6300 block of elmwood avenue in southwest philadelphia. officers, were investigating reports of the home invasion, nearby at 52nd and whittaker. after getting a tip call they check crime cameras which showed three people entering the residents on he will will many wood avenue. authorities declared a barricade and called swat teams broke in the home, and much to the surprise of the people inside. those residents have now been cleared, of any wrongdoing and

we expect police to offer more information later this morning. the family of the 16 year-old killed in the local high school bathroom tells eye witt the these news that scammers are trying to benefit from the teenager's death. amy joyner francis died after an alleged attack in a girls bathroom at howard high school of technology in wilmington last week. now her family says that scammers are using bogus donation pages on line to take money. so far no criminal charges have been file in the girl's death, authorities say that they are investigation is still ongoing. our jan carabao has reaction from the parent in the district, coming up in our next half an hour. residence of philadelphia are on a leather, after a recent string of attacks. been removed. moore is being held without bail. flags are at half staff around city police districts to remember former commissioner willie williams who passed away this week. williams was sworn in as philadelphia's first african-american police commissioner in 1988 and credited with ushering in a new era of policing. he left philadelphia in 1992 to take a job as l.a. the's top cop after the rodney king riots. he had been battling pancreatic cancer. willie williams was 72 years old. new details are emerging one week after the singer prince passed away. law enforcement sources tell cbs news that prescription pain killers were found in the possession and in his home. cnn is reporting that the 57 year-old had prescriptions for the pills described as opiate medication. a week before his death prince was given treatment for potential opiate overdose an incident which forced the plane to make an emergency landing. investigators say they are still waiting on autopsy result, toxicology reports, before they determine an official cause have of death.

welshing i have a question, how do you feel about grilled cheese and tomato soup? reason i ask, next couple days will be perfect for that because it is damp, it will be chilly, at least for our perceptions sake and also we will be track something wet weather out there. that always can mean like a good excuse to curl up with good movie, grilled cheese and tomato soup. let's show you what i mean here. it is quiet for now but it the is changing with time. just zoom it out one time and here comes this next frontal boundary waiting in the wings. it has heavy rain with it as it is moving basically right through central ohio, portions of the virginias and it is all heading our way.

>> yes. >> thank you, so much, good morning. happy thursday. you guys, take a look at this, delaware county, i-95 south at 452, intermittent lane closures that will question toward the delaware state line. if you can a roid this area you certainly will want to, what is happening is you have the crews out there blocking all lanes. they are pushing forward. they are driving southbound but at a snail's pace causing some major slow downs here. if you you can avoid that area right now i will certainly do so. moving slowly. the here's i-95, taillights months in the southbound direction a at commodore barry bridge, looking good around that area. hopefully we can only hope that the backup doesn't start to span that direction. ben franklin bridge looking great traveling westbound over the bridge into center city. we are nice and quiet. that is what we want to see. burlington bristol bridge is now opened and remember we have those overnight closures and it is opened from the overnight closure, but it will be closed tonight, it will be opened friday night but then closed again saturday through monday. jim, back to you. >> open closed, open closed,

delaware state line at 452 in delaware county. if you have to go out there, you are moving at a snail's pace with intermittent lane closures. >> thank goodness the roads are dry for that. would i say p.m. drive, meisha, we are getting off easy, that will bring us wet weather here. lets talk about the temperature trend. we have experienced a pretty dramatic drop, i love that head line, from yesterday, or i should say from tuesday, really because we are all the way to the mid 80's at that point. average high is 68. we're well above average, more like summertime. then, yesterday we could not get out of the 50's, today, we will be luck if i we hit 60, and that dramatic drop on the thermometer is coming for a variety of reasons but in short what lies ahead is this, wet weather, moving in here at the moment at least things are quiet though. we are staying dry for now, but, towards say lunchtime at the earliest, maybe sooner across western delaware and maybe into our western most suburbs, all of this starts to move in from south
