delaware county. if you have to go out there, you are moving at a snail's pace with intermittent lane closures. >> thank goodness the roads are dry for that. would i say p.m. drive, meisha, we are getting off easy, that will bring us wet weather here. lets talk about the temperature trend. we have experienced a pretty dramatic drop, i love that head line, from yesterday, or i should say from tuesday, really because we are all the way to the mid 80's at that point. average high is 68. we're well above average, more like summertime. then, yesterday we could not get out of the 50's, today, we will be luck if i we hit 60, and that dramatic drop on the thermometer is coming for a variety of reasons but in short what lies ahead is this, wet weather, moving in here at the moment at least things are quiet though. we are staying dry for now, but, towards say lunchtime at the earliest, maybe sooner across western delaware and maybe into our western most suburbs, all of this starts to move in from southwest to north east.

really sitting as you are moving but further up north that you go heading in the southbound direction that is where you are stopping and waiting for to it move. just make note of this. this is i-95 south, taillights in the southbound direction at the commodore barry bridge. hopefully those do not back up to this one but we are looking pretty good here both moving in the southbound and northbound direction of the commodore barry bridge. schuylkill at the boulevard looking nice and quiet as we would expect, burlington bristol bridge is opened, right around 4:45, so come back down sometime soon but we have overnight the closures as well, closed again tonight, it will be opened friday night but then closing again saturday through monday. it usually opens upright around 5:00 a.m. construction on kelly drive for repaving has been reopened. jim, back over to you. police are investigating an overnight shooting where the bullet actually wound up in the shirt of the man pumping gas in north philadelphia it happened just after 2:30 near 24th and lehigh where a 39 year old man told officers he was shot in the stomach.

police found a bullet inside his shirt and though had a breeze there. the bullet may have hit the ground and ricocheted. the victim is in stable condition at temple. police are still investigating. one week after the death of the wilmington student, now, there is a warning, from her family. they say that scammers are actually trying to profit from their tragedy. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live from wilmington with the details on bogus donation pages popping up on than line, jan. >> reporter: brooke, you cannot get much lower then this, can you? as investigators continue to investigate what happened here last week at this wilmington high school and as this memorial continues to grow on the front steps here officials now say there are people trying to capitalize on this student's death. this child's family is sickened by it and now they are speaking out. take a look at this video. it has been one week since 16 year-old amy joyner francis was killed during a bathroom fight at wilmington's howard high school of technology and the memorial continue to grow. that student's family wants to

warn a grieving community. they say some people are trying to use this tragedy to make money setting up fake fundraisers attempting to scam mourners out of cash. on wednesday the teenager's family issued a statement through police. we want everyone truly concerned for us not to fall victim to the scams going around on the internet writes anthony joyner, the victim's family. we will have have or not set up any fun raising accounts. they are fake pages. and they are springing hateful lies. the do not lose your money or entertain lies of these cruel people. >> they need to stop that and they need to get arrested too. why y'all doing this. >> reporter: as a parent at the school equally disgusted by these scammers. now an even toy joyner says anyone who would like to make a donation can do so in amy's name to the congo funeral home in wilmington. investigators have in the yet made any arrests in joyner on francis death but school district says three students

involved in the fight the of been suspended. they had been out of the school since the assault last week. talking charges now, wilmington's police chief says charges will be filed in this case possibly by the end of the week and, of course, that is following a long, thorough investigation. we will keep you up to date but for now we are live, jan carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news", jim and brooke back to you. remember that police barricade situation we brought you live yesterday morning? it turns out police storm the wrong house taking an innocent family into custody. >> it happened early yesterday morning, on the 6300 block of elmwood avenue. in southwest philadelphia. officers were investigating a report of the home invasion nearby at 52nd and whittaker, and sources tell us have after getting a tip call police kept crime cameras which showed, three people, entering the residents on elmwood avenue. the authorities declared a barricade and call the swat the team, who broke into the home, so surprising the people inside.

those residents are now cleared of any wrongdoing. we spending the police to offer more details later this morning. meanwhile a man is fighting for his life this morning after he is shot in the frankford section of philadelphia police say gunfire erupted around 9:30 last night, on the 4700 block of oxford avenue. the 27 year-old rick tim was shot multiple times, and is in critical condition at temple university hospital. so far no arrests have been made. residents in philadelphia, are being extra cautious after a recent string of attacks. >> "eyewitness news" at city hall where many gathered for a meet to go discuss recent incidents on the schuylkill river trail including an assault. runners, walkers, bikers, learned how to protect themselves on the recreational path in case they become the victim. one victim described the terrifying moment. >> just running and someone just grabbed my behind on my back and they are like 13 or 16 years old. so this has to stop. >> just keep your hand up so they cannot close the distance on you. keep your head on the swivel
