police found a bullet inside his shirt and though had a breeze there. the bullet may have hit the ground and ricocheted. the victim is in stable condition at temple. police are still investigating. one week after the death of the wilmington student, now, there is a warning, from her family. they say that scammers are actually trying to profit from their tragedy.
