to have close another until those involved in her death are held accountable. for more than a week howard high school of technology community has been mourning loss of the 16 year-old amy joyner francis. she died just after school started last week following an alleged attack in the girl's bathroom. other than saying no weapons were involve, and several girls were being questioned, wilmington police have not released any details into how amy was killed. during a town hall meeting earlier this week chief bob i cummings said he was hopeful charges would be announce by friday. today in a a brief, scripted news conference he a said those charges are in the ready. >> because there is still a lot of work still left to do by our detectives and attorney general's office and in terms of the reviewing evidence, and relevant facts, we are not in a a position at this time to file charges. >> reporter: thanks to the wide use of the social media, students and other claiming to have knowledge of amy's death have created an enormous volume of information to sift through. cummings says there are more than 3,000 printed pages of

event in the middle school. the those are awesome. i got to be around top prospects in the draft that was really cool. at senior bowl and combine you only get exposed to those guys and real brief stints because you are so busy but i got to be around those guys, made some good friend and everything and finally last night, you know, walking red carpet, got in there, the two national anthem and sat down and it was already on the clock. that all happened so fast. it was really surreal but unbelievable moment i will remember for the rest of my life. >> carson, you sat your first two years at north dakota state. plan going forward is to kind of let you sit and learn until you get up to speed on the nfl and speed and all that, but how comfortable are you with sitting and waiting and how patient can you be while you learn. >> as a competitor you want to be out there but i understand that there is a lot to that. i'm going to come in and learn. for one that is in the for me to decide. i will come in and learn and
