construction, wasn't it nice to finally see the sun. oh, my gosh. can we all just have a collective sigh of relief how beautiful it looked? i know i actually squealed, no joke, when i saw it peaking through the clouds, i have to go out and see it, but at this point we are still looking nice and clear on storm scan3, and it will stay that way. taking a peak at the area temperatures, it is a little cool out there. we have nice clear sky for a change. that has allowed the temperatures to drop off pretty readily to the point you're even in the 30's up at the mountains, 51 degrees at philadelphia international airport. mid upper 40's, or lower 40's, depending on location around the whole rest of the region some of the northern suburbs, though, even where you have got enough clear sky and cool air to work with, all the way down in the 30's like quakertown. do expect to see sunshine, event lip, going to see few more clouds build in, overall, this looks like great day. if you have got any kind of outdoor plans, expect that you can really, you know, ends with again more clouds or sorry more sunshine throughout the day, start to see the clouds building as time goes

5:00 hour it certainly can. water main break bala cynwyd, city avenue northbound, balance an avenue, right lane still blocked there, jim, brooke, back over to you. >> thanks so much. breaking news in the search for escaped prisoner in new jersey. >> police tell us, arthur buckle was spotted just hours ago, at rest stop in lacy township ocean county. let's get right out to "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo live there, right now, good morning, jan, what's the latest? >> jim, brooke, good morning, well, state police tell us, escaped prisoner arthur buckle was last seen here at this rest stop right around 11:00 last night. we are coming to you live from the forked river rest stop off the garden state parkway since that time they've set up command post nearby it coordinate continuous search effort. you can see here on the grounds this morning, still presence, by the njdoc. now, take a look at the video. you can see what's been happening here over night. k9 unit and search helicopter were brought in to look for the escaped prisoner. this is forked river rest stop where state police say buckle

was last spotted. as a result, lacy township police as well as berkeley township police have all stepped up patrols near the garden state parkway and will continue to do so through the morning. now, police have been searching for buckle since last tuesday, when he escaped a bayside state prison in winslow township camden county. one day later the search switched to ocean county where police tracked buckle to barnegat township. escaped prisoner spot interested on surveillance video at almost vvs pharmacy. barnegat police called off the search late last week when officials were confident the inmate had left the area. buckle was serving time for aggravated assault. he had previously served 14 years in prison for manslaughter of a ten month old crying baby. now, when he escaped, buckle was just three weeks shy of being eligible for parole. co-now spend between three and five additional years in prison once caught. but again the search continues on the ground at this rest stop right off the garden state parkway. police have been out and about

reports regarding what joe paterno may or may not have known about convicted sex abuser jerry sandusky. eric baron wrote a letter to the university community sunday. he says he is appalled by the rumor, inneundo, rushed to judgement accompanying the stories. last week separate reports including language from legal documents suggested that paterno had known about sandusky's actions, as early as the 70s. >> lawyers for one of bill cosby's accusers say she is ready to testify against him later this monthment andrea constant claims cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her back in 2004. the comedian denies these charges, she will face cosby at preliminary hearing may 24th, cosby has asked the state supreme court to delay this hearing and deaths miss the case. >> new jersey will be front and center this week in 2016. >> bernie sand letters hold rally in atlantic city, at boardwalk hall this morning at 9:30, sanders has pulled ahead

welcome back everyone, off initials north carolina face a deadline from the federal government in that they will not enforce a controversial new law. house bill two limit the public bathrooms transgender people can use. governor pat mccrory says he'll she ponds to the deadline set by the justice department which want to know how the state will not be implementing the law. >> canadian officials say they've reached a turning point in fighting a massive wild fire. although, it could still burn for months, and double in size. the fire has already destroyed part of a town in alberta. it has burned an area more than twice the size of philadelphia, torching more than 1600 buildings. and forcing tens of thousands of people to fly. >> officials say cooler temps

clouds beginning to build south of the dc area. that's a front trying to nudge in. so, we may see some clouds build in, across the delmarva, sooner rather than later, also, across southern new jersey, generally speaking we will keep the sun for the better part of the day around philadelphia, at all point north of that, and also, warm up nicely to the low 70s, frankly where we should be at this point. by tomorrow, actually even as early as tonight, couple of showers will be scattered about, especially south of the city tonight, more widespread tomorrow, not wash out, it will limit the warmth. by wednesday seeing that sun return. thursday, looks just like a gem after day. seventy-five and sunny, i mean, perfection in my book. then you head into friday. by that point you will probably need to break out the umbrella again, it willit, proy won't have had a chance to collect any dust, but at least not talking about needing it every single day like we did last week, also meisha obviously these temperatures just looking so much warmer by comparison, too. so all-in-all not bad. >> yes, we still got this, katie. weep got this week: thank you so much. good morning, everyone, happy
