of our early morning commuters waking up this morning, and you have dry roadways, good morning and happy monday to you, a look at the schuylkill, taillights moving in the eastbound direction, both moving in the eastbound and westbound side of the schuylkill looking actually pretty good, i've been looking at this since 4:00 in the morning and holding steady. northbound direction approaching route one, what you are looking at, moving in the northbound side, headlight moving in the southbound direction, you can see it looking great, blue route all morning long looking really good, dairy say it, it looks almost like ghosttown on the blue routement looking real nice there. headlight moving in the eastbound direction past oaks, what you are looking at here. a loft early risers, but overall still traveling 55 miles per hour where i want to keep you as long as i can. construction here because of repaving of kelly drive all lanes are still blocked, and the further we push into the morning having all lanes block on the kelly drive certainly will slow you down, something you certainly want to factor into your scheduling plans this morning, leaving the house at hunting park avenue, lemon hill drive. also do have the downed tree still out there lincoln drive blocking gypsy lane.

"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo is live in lacy township, where arthur buckle spotted just few hurt a hours ago, good morning, jan. >> good morning, that's right, state police say escaped inmate arthur buckle was last seen here at this rest stop right around 11:00 last night. we are coming to you live from the forked river rest stop, off the garden state parkway, in lacy township. now, since that spotting, they've set up this command post, nearby, to coordinate continuous search in the effort and right past there you can see that njdoc still has an unit here on scene, and k9 aoun vet been coming in and out of this rest stop all morning long, regroup. take a look at the video. you can see what's bank happening here overnight. k9 unit and search helicopter were brought in to look for the escaped prisoner, the fork

river rest stop where buckle was last spotted 11:00 last night. as result lacy township police as well as berkeley township police have stepped up patrols near the garden state parkway, and will continue to do so throughout the morning. now, police have been searching for buckle since last tuesday, when he had escaped bayside state prison winslow township camden county one day later the search switched to ocean county where police tracked buckle to barnegat township. escaped prisoner spot interested on surveillance video at local vcs pharmacy. barnegat police called off the search late last week when officials were confident the inmate had left the area. buckle was serving time for aggravated assault and he had previously served 14 years in prison, for manslaughter, of ten month old crying baby. when he escaped this time around, he was three weeks shy for being eligible for parole, could now spend three-five more years in prison when captured. still active scene in lacy township, crews coming back in

>> a mishap aboard crust ship makes for close call in baltimore. the carnival pride hit a gang way on the pier yesterday morning causing part of the ramp to come crashing down, landing on three cars. >> the gang way was not being used at the time, and no one was injured. the ship was able to leave on its next voyage, as scheduled. >> meanwhile, a stomach bug sickens hundreds of passengers on british cruise ship, the ship made a stop yesterday in port lan, maine. it is operated by fred olson cruises, on month long cute from southampton england, pass inning have the norovirus, un quarantine while the ship finishes its trip back to england. >> some wild weather video outside denver. storm chasers spotted this tornado near the border with nebraska saturday. that's one of three tornados that touchdown in colorado over the weekend. at least five people were hurt in the storm, and handful of homes were destroyed. pretty scary storm, but that tornado led to prom picture after lifetime.

all right, no tornados in sitement look at this beautiful shot overlooking center city. what beautiful beginning to the day here. we are just nothing but blue skies, couple of whispy clouds out there, to start the day off. now, not going to last necessarily few clouds do start to eventually build in for us, but at the moment, lovely start to the day. and the further north you go, the more sun you're going to end up with throughout the course of the afternoon in its entirety, that said, little chilly start out there. we are seeing temperatures starting off at least into the 30's in a hands full of spots, that's where we turn next to the eyewitness weather watcher network. many of you reporting 40's out there, that's definitely an instance up in allentown, where julia resides, he has just got couple of clouds in the allentown area saying she is very happy that the weather pattern is changing and i think so many people concur with. that will eye loan has the chill in the air again. in one of the more remote suburbs out in gilbertsville, nice clear sky, grateful there is no rain. there can be as much chill as there want to be as long as we
