one of my favorite shots. it is, so gorgeous. so 422 eastbound between oaks and route 23 that left lane was compromised because of that construction that has been cleared. what we are dealing with is ramp to route 23, one lane still blocked. it was all block for quite sometime and new we are down to one lane. kelly drive, all lanes are block because of that repairing project inbound between hunting park avenue and fountain green drive. that is scheduled to open up at now. it hasn't opened yet. i'll let you know when it does. jen and brooke, back to you. road to the white house runs through new jersey again. >> hillary clinton has a campaign stop in camden county college blackwood campus where "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is, now, live, hi there justin. >> good morning. that event is set to start at 1:00 p.m. at camden county college. we can tell thaw things will be raising here as breaking down barriers for americans. we know that new poll shows clinton runs with donald trump the presumptive g.o.p. nominee

showing him over clinton in three swing states including pennsylvania, florida and ohio. that same poll shows sanders over trump in those same three states and this comes as both men won big in last night's primary. another win for bernie sanders. cbs news calling west virginia for the senator, of the state's 29 delegates, more than half go to sanders, remainder to hillary clinton. >> this is a state, west virginia where hillary clinton won by over 40 points against barack obama in 2008. >> clinton keeps her delegate lead though, a new poll of key swing states shows clinton and presumptive republican nominee in a virtual dead heat in a general election. tuesday, clinton was on the campaign trail in kentucky ahead of its primary next week. >> with something like donald trump you would see a race to the bottom across our country.

we are live here at blackwood, new jersey i'm justin finch for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". jim and brooke. >> thanks, justin. host committee for democratic national convention in philadelphia says that it has more than enough volunteers. the committee has recruited 16,000 volunteers for the convention. it starts july 25th at wells fargo center. the commit thee was anticipating 10,000. >> well, you know i have been here since december and our team has been on the ground for almost a year. i'm in the really surprised. the philadelphia community has been so opened and so warm of their embrace of the convention that i'm in the surprised that philadelphians want to be engaged and want to be involved. i think it is fabulous. >> volunteers will undergo training usually a day and they will undergo background checks. a terrible scene in the massachusetts shopping mall when a man goes on a deadly stabbing rampage tuesday night. police say 28 year-old arthur derosa crashed his car in the macy's the the mall in taunt on just south of boston and then stabbed four people

inside a restaurant killing one of them. earlier police say derosa stabbed two people at a nearby home leaving an 80 year-old woman dead. off-duty deputy shot and killed derosa at the mall but there is no word what sparked the violence. police in camden county community are trying to solve several cases of vandalism. investigators believe two teens are behind it. "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt shows us surveillance video that police hope will help solve the case. >> two teens knocked on the door of this voorhees home monday night and according to police they were trying to sell magazines. once they were told no, authorities say they did a number of on several cars, including this one, the home owner, who recorded the video asked not to be identified but told "eyewitness news" the key marks on his car add up to about $2,500 in damages. >> there is no reason for that. if they were selling magazines, move to the next hour. >> reporter: detectives rich taylor is with voorhees police. >> we have people that are hard working people that are

home, they are trying to, enjoy their evening off, and because they declined to purchase what would be a magazine and for that reason their property is damaged. >> reporter: taylor told "eyewitness news" that the teens, a male and female damaged at least five vehicles and there may be more. he said other neighbors reported similar encounters. >> thank god the home owner had video, otherwise, we would be further behind then we are. >> reporter: home owner who captured this surveillance video says he hopes both teens are caught. he insists that they deserve whatever comes their way. voorhees detectives have posted the surveillance video on their facebook page. if you have any information about the two teenagers give police a call. you can remain anonymous. reporting from voorhees township david spun t for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". a fill law maker insists he is innocent have after he is indicted on fraud charges. prosecutors say that state senator larry farnese used campaign fund to bribe democratic party ward committee woman ellen chapman back in 2011.

prosecutors accused him of giving chapman $6,000 to pay for her daughters study a broad program in exchange for her support when he ran in the eighth ward. chapman was also charged. farnese's lawyer denied the accusationness a statement writing larry farnese is 100 percent innocent of these novel charges and expect to be fully exonerated. these charges have no connection whatsoever to his senate office, end quote. city hall chambers will be packed again tonight for the final public hearing on mayor kenney's proposed city budget among other proposals city wide soda tax has attracted a lot of attention. supporters say 3 cents an ounce tax will will pay for libraries, rec center and prek school programs but others say tax will harm businesses. the hearing is at 5:00 o'clock. pennsylvania prosecutors are dismissing new allegations in the jerry sandusky case. two assistant penn state coaches claimed to have witnessed sandusky having inappropriate or sexual contact with children in the

we are learning more about a frightening fall, at philadelphia's rodin museum caught on camera. this is, video from november 2012, watch as the man falls from above, on to the museum floor. victim an energy efficiency engineer plunged through a glass ceiling falling 38 feet. he barely survived and spent three months in the hospital. museum and security firm allied barton agreed to a 7.25 million-dollar settlement with the man as the trial was begin. >> it was the most terrifying moment of his life, more terrifying moment then almost all of us will ever be able to come to grips with. it was just a few seconds of

threat but enhanced threat for severe weather across the plain states. lets start off by turning our focus to the midwest and central plains where a enhanced risk for severe storms is posted for portions of oklahoma, as well as north central texas today, we are also going to be in line for maybe a couple have of showers but nothing on the order of this and even right now, through the overnight hours, there are a handful of thunderstorms, severe thunderstorm watches currently posted through eastern nebraska, portions of kansas and then this same system will rel rel through our area we are not expecting any major severe out break. looking at the system in the entirety there is no a lot of well define organization, for our area, there is a frontal boundary that is basically gestationry at this point. the close enough it could trigger a quick shower well off to the west. you can see a little bit of that circulation and more, organization starting to form, and you don't have a classic look to this storm just yet where it looks like a giant candy kane almost on the map.

looking the at the live neighborhood network here, pleasant valley middle school is, quite pleasant right now. we have a couple cloud but up in broadheadsvillain many locations we are starting off on a dry net here. we have to throw in a shower anywhere north you go, you will stay mainly dry. looking at the averages, it the has been cool, lately on may 11th the average high was 72 degrees. we don't think we will get there but we will get close tore day then we did yesterday up to 82 by june 11th. by july 11th your average high is basically at its peak for the year as a whole. 87 degrees. we are not talking 80's in the the forecast but we are looking not only close to seasonal but couple degrees above seasonal average by tomorrow and friday. seventy-five appease for both of those days. by friday though our next front is scheduled to cross through and that will trigger showers for a thunderstorm through p.m. time frame, meisha. >> katie, thank you so much. good morning. happy wednesday if you are just waking up. roads are okay. we are dealing with lingering construction.

this is i-95 north bound off ram township broad street is still closed. you can see flashing lights because of the repaving between oregon avenue and i-95. that is why that is closed. overall, interstate i-95 moving in the northbound direction and southbound direction, holding steady as we are cracking in the 5:00 o'clock hour looking good. that is where i'm keeping my eye on. i'll let you know when that off ramp does reopen. burlington bristol bridge here is scheduled to open up at 5:05. hard to see it right the now. hopefully that is opened right now. vine is all opened for those taking the vine in the morning, moving in the westbound direction, and the eastbound direction over here eastbound is what i'm keeping my eye on as it looks heavy right now. heavy meaning as we push toward 5:00 he clock hour toward 6:00 this will get busy. if you take vine moving in the eastbound direction know it is heating up. westbound is looking okay right now. that will change. 422 eastbound take a will between oaks and route 23, that is all cleared but ramp to route 231 lane is still block here in the 422 area and
