cracked the man down. walt? >> well, brooke, the arrest warrant sketches out a situation that many of us have found ourselves in. we look it the rear-view mirror, there is somebody hugging our bumper, driving ire add rickly, so we tap on the brakes. but, that's when the warrant says that that car behind pulled alongside and the suspect now identified as anthony richardson fired a shot into the side of the car being driven by that person. this morning, just short time ago, richardson was brought in here to state police headquarters. >> do you have any comments, sir, on what you are charged with? >> anthony richardson made no comment keeping his face covered as state troopers brought him into the barracks to be processed and arraigned. >> sir, you are, charged in a opening fire in a road rage incident, did you in fact do in. >> charged with attempted purpose err for allegedly firing a shot into another vehicle. on the busy lanes of the blue route approaching the schuylkill expressway, six days ago. the driver was not hit by the

bullet, which pierced the passenger door, and lodged in the center console. state police say this composite sketch of a suspect led to a phone tip helping to identify him. >> do you have any comment at all, sir, on the allegations in. >> richardson according to arrest warrant has active philadelphia gun permit, warrant claiming he pulled alongside the alleged victim and opened fire after that driver had put on the brakes because richardson was allegedly driving at an unsafe distance behind the car, and driving irradically. now, state police say richardson surrendered peacefully this morning, they called him on his phone. he walked out of his house and was arrested, now awaiting arraignment here. finally arrest warrant says state police did receive reports that there had been a previous incident involving road rage in richardson, in which he was driving aggressive aggressively and pulled a weapon. how much, arrest warrant does

clinton another lost to bernie sanders. our cleve bryan is live at camden county college in blackwood where clinton is holding afternoon campaign event. hey, cleve? >> reporter: brooke, the crowd here is big and they are pumped up to see former secretary hillary clinton, in fact, hine me, just small fraction of the line it goes all the way around several buildings, here on the camden county college, in blackwood. and many people say even though it is a long wait, it will be worth it to see clinton as you mentioned, she comes into new jersey after losing the west virginia primary yesterday, but she certainly has her head up high in the garden state, still holding commanding lead in the total delegate count, and also, leading in the polls here in new jersey. in fact, the recent pole shows clinton five orders two to one in the garden state of vermont senator bernie sanders. now, sanders was in new jersey earlier this week, speaking the rutgers new brunswick, then atlantic city, clinton's first campaign stop in new jersey, people hearsay they're interested to see what she has to say about how to move the country forward. >> i have been a life-long

stabbed in two separate locations, police say the bloodshed started more than 3 miles away, derosa crashed his car into a truck, before stabbing a mother and daughter inside this home. one of the women have succombed to her injuries and died at the hospital. she was 80 years old. >> officials here believe the death toll could have been worse, if not for the off duty deputy sheriff who shot the suspect ending the rampage. >> derosa's family members told station wb7 in boston that he had a history of depression, had been suicidal, and had gone to a local pschiatric hospital on monday, and just released yesterday. anna warner, cbs news, taunton, massachusetts. first-hand look now at the dangerous conditions as firefighters in canada risk their lives trying to save homes from that massive wild fire. this surveillance video is from a front porch as the fire in fort mcmurray continues to spread it way across albert a the homeowner actually watched this play out live from safe

welcome back, katie, we've been trapped in here since 2:30 this morning, i didn't even know it was light outside. >> well, we know the sun has at least officially coming up. we're having a lot of trouble seeing it because of the cloudsment frontal boundery just stuck. as a result, a little wet weather still going to work its way into our region. >> now, what can we do? >> fortunately -- unfortunately, nothing. we sort of have to wait it out at this point. not horrible day.

you know, could you still get away without the umbrella, for the rest of the day. but let me walk you outside. talk about this rainfall, because i know it has been really bothering jim lately that we've had to talk about rain every single day. now, yesterday it, didn't amount to much. it was only .2 of an inch of rainfall that fell, that means only one day of the last 13 has officially been dry. so it has been, i know, very dreary pattern for us, outside though going into the live neighborhood network, more blue skies the further nor you go, outside of pleasant valley middle and high schools here in broads heads ville, down cape may courthouse still a lot of gray sky here. so essentially half and half forecast for you. again sort of strung out, nice wide zoom, area of low pressure really well defined at this point, right across the canadian border, it will be dragging frontal boundery through our area, cold front, looking forward in the forecast. so, we do see warming trend

take place here comes of round of wet werth. notice here, is that you have got few little speckles of green start to pop up through the afternoon specially southern tear of the area, true. we see showers pop up later toward the typical evening commute, then another batch moves through later tonight. further nor you go, more likely it is you do stay dry. jumping into thursday, high pressure will build down briefly, that's going to allow for hey some sunshine, finally dry day for everyone, but then jumping into friday, yep, right on cue, next frontal boundery the cold front will cross through bring with it some showers and thunderstorms tonight specking quiet weather in chester for the union game, la in town at 7:00 tonight. 67 degrees even though the front nearby expecting dry night for the match. looking forward in the seven day forecast, we moderate up nicely here on thursday. 75 degrees.

everything that has to do with kids cooking i used to watch the food network, as long as it has to do with kids, but terrible because you never want any of them to get eliminated. >> i agree. that's why i don't want to be a judge on them. >> so-so happy you are here with us today, emma. let's start talking about this, a lot of philly spots made appearance in this. >> bell -- welshing what happened is basically emma won this contest, so my publisher and i put out contest way back, we asked kids around the count troy basically give us inspirational cooking story, and great recipe. so few finalists in the mix, but it was sort of emma's story about her great grandmother and the pizza itself that sort of struck me. and so we set the next basically the next adventure in the city of philly. and emma has actually a role in the book. she is in the book. she is basically the tour guide. she is taking this brother and sister, emelia, and the whole

family taking them through the city and show them all the sites. they go see the rocky statue, because the liberty bell -- all sorts of fun things, right? >> emma, what was it like when you found out you had been selected? what you said, they loved it. >> well, when gianna first called me i thought she was one of my mom's friends, and so what i found out it was really her i was really shock, i had no idea what to say. and so my friends who live real close to us road their bikes to our house, they gave us cards, everyone knew about it, then i was so shocked. and it was really cool. >> well i think what shock maybe emma the most is that she basically sent in her recipe and her note at the very last second of the contest. so i think that's why you were more -- you were over the moon and absolutely shocked that you won. >> well, let's talk food. that's my thing. i know that's your thing, what's your favorite philly

food? >> the soft pretzel with spicy mustard. >> and i hear you like the cheese, right? >> with the pretzel, yes. >> all right, i like american mustard. but i ask you it, will take me a while to get to this spicy mustard thing. >> you have shoes in your shoes and outfit. >> i appreciate that you red it right. what do you hope kids will take away from the book? >> well, honestly the become was written because i have a daughter and she is now eight. when she was first born i thought i was looking for books that were sort of adventure books and had to do with food. food all over the world, and family and all of these elements that i didn't think really could finds in one solid book. coy finds it in several books but not in one booed. so i just want kids to see that you can have sort of you can travel if you just sort of enjoy eating different foods and open your minds to different foods and different cultures. i came here at a time when a different cull your was not quite as accepted. and so, i think it is just fun
