are dealing business thankfully dry skies here for the most part at the moment but that may change depending where you are. lets talk temperatures though. eventually these temperatures will have have a a chance to rebound. they will be coming from very cool places lately we could not even hit 60 on sunday. we have been stuck in the 60's last few days and likely today we will in the break out of the 60's. average high is 74 degrees. but it will be yet again a far cry from cold. looking at storm scan here's that wet weather. bark is worse than the bite guys. it looks worse then it will be. scattered, spotty, keyword spotty showers here and there for anyone, throughout the course of the morning but we will be seeing just some clouds overhead. as we go hour by hour through the rest of the morning and afternoon we will likely even see a few peaks of sun through those clouds. they will be minimal so temperatures get stuck in the 60's yet again by 3:00 p.m. at 65. that is our eventual high. coming up we will expect to see these temperatures rebound nicely and as they do we will

also see skies brighten up. every day of the next three including today does progressively get nicer and nicer, to the point that we basically culminate it all on friday but it also means eventually we will be tracking some wet weather which i will do for you coming up later in the broadcast, meisha. >> all right, katie just talking to our floor director here and they tell me, speaking of that sound you hear, he hears a wood pecker outside. what is it, i certainly would think it was a wood pecker. blue route, headlights, west chester pike looking good here at the brew route section. i have to say, that we dent like the rain but this is a beautiful shot, isn't it. it is just looking bees full. that is what it looks like peaceful. construction 422 westbound on ramp from route 23, left lane blocked and right lane leading up to that, on 422 is also still block. so, it the looks like crews are tart to go move around trying to move this out of the way. hopefully that will be cleared out of your way sometime very

soon. i-95 south at cottman my favorite little spot to talk about because it gets busy and it gets really busy early. right now 95 south at cottman is looking good. northbound side, northbound side is looking, a lot like the southbound side. we don't typically see that. north bounties lighter. i will say this also what is easing tension, in the past would i say a week or so is they opened up that fourth lane on northbound side of i-95. schuylkill eastbound a at spring garden, moving in center city looking great but a lot of early risers on the schuylkill. we can expect that it will only heat up more and more, brooke, over to you. >> thanks, meisha. imagine this, stralling down the atlantic city boardwalk with a drink in your hand. >> sound like a good idea? it could be reality if a new policy is passed tonight, "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live on the boardwalk with the details, good morning, justin. >> reporter: jim and brooke, good morning. that vote is set for this evening at 5:00 p.m. and the thought is that alcohol on the boardwalk could actually help foot traffic out here.

measure still needs a council vote before a test run this summer. lets take to you video here. this plan would allow those 21 or older to walk part of the boardwalk with one alcoholic drink in an opened plastic container. so no double fist continuing here. that drink must be bought from a their by licensed business, that container or cup must bear the name or logo of that business, and a proposed opened container zone is confined between albany and metropolitan avenues. second approval after this test run was then put the alcohol measure into the books. now supporters say that this policy would distinguish atlantic city and encourage tourism but those against argued that extra will alcohol sales in the the wrong hand could encourage bad behavior. now, this idea, of course, comes as ac find itself in financial trouble and has a threat have of casinos opening in north jersey looms. now back out here live, this would not be unlike other tourist spots like new orleans

and, elevated train tracks. services resumed an hour ago, and after workers spent all night checking structure and making emergency repairs. thousands of commuters are stranded in grand central station and one fire fighters suffered minor injuries battling the fire. there is a new wave of concussion lawsuit, former penn state football players air monk those taking legal action against the school. they are part of the six lawsuit filed in federal court is a cross the country, the ex-college players say the schools, athletic conference and ncaa knowingly hid the dangers and risks of playing foot wall, and to not do enough to protect students. penn state and big ten are named as defendants in one of the the lawsuits. >> these are not, a former nfl athletes hoff been paid handsomely for their skills, these are still kids in my view who are just trying to get through life and we're just trying to promote education. >> allowed to proceed as a class action suit, it it would include decades of penn state football players from 1952

concert, down the shore this summer. well, wildwood officials announced tim mcgraw will perform on the beach in the fourth of july, he will wrap up the four day long music and food festival on the wildwood boardwalk. mcgraw's concert will be held on the beach between mariners landing and adventure pier. resale tickets go on sale at noon today, everything else can buy them starting friday. minnesota couple is taking their love of cost co to a whole new level. you have to see to it believe it. they love costco so much, they decided, to take their engagement pictures, at the store, because, you know, nothing, says romance, like holding a a huge packet of raw meat, or a 4-dollar chicken. after the couple posted on line they became a huge hit and that is why i go to cost co. too bad they cannot register for wedding gifts at cost co. >> i wand fur they met there, people pick each other up for super markets i heard odd pick
