"eyewitness news" on the scene around midnight, edgewater park and it didn't take long for firefighters tackle the flames at the wood lane crossing apartments. several units were damaged but good news no injuries. four people recovering after this crash in port richmond there is happened near aramingo avenue in east butler street, just after 11:00 last night. police tell "eyewitness news", the victims are knawl their

20's, and in stable condition. investigators are now trying to figure out what caused this crash. well, young life ended by suspected drunk driver, over the weekends. now, a school community in south jersey returning to class this morning, and dealing with their lost. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo is live outside burlington city high school. good morning, jan. >> this student struck and kill was senior here at burlington silly high school. huge outpouring, on social media, here this morning, grief counselors and crisis team on hands to help his friends and classmates cope with this sudden lost. >> take a look at the video. antoin timbers junior killed early sunday morning struck by man who police say may have been driving impaired. the deadly accident happened just after midnight. at route 130 south, east federal street, in burlington city. the powerful crash even split telephone pole nearby. police say the 17 year old

victim walking with his friends off the road when struck and killed, the driver did remain on scene, police have identified him as ricardo patterson the thirds, charged 492 year old willingboro resident with driving under the influence and wreckless driving. now, the accident investigation continues today, and the burlington county prosecutor's office will determine if criminal charges will be filed. investigators are awaiting the results of toxicology tests. in the meantime, a go fun me page has been set up for people look to go help this young student's family. it is called the antoin l timbers, jr. memorial fund. now, as this investigation continues today, police are asking people who may have been around in this area and saw this accident to call police and help in this investigation. but again, a terrible thing we have to report today and real tough day on tap for these student, these teach earns, these faculty and the entire community as whole, jim being brooke, back into you. >> thank you, jan. chester police say that stray bullets hit three people outside a grocery store killed
