>> police say james clerk inn injury and alexis diamond broke into the boy's berlin home while his parents were gone. >> you don't hear anything moving around in the basement with you, right? >> no. >> okay. i want to you step out closet just in the basement and just look around. okay? >> okay. >> as a police officer and as a parent i couldn't have been more pleased with how this young man reactioned roar report according to police by the time officers arrived, alexis diamond was sitting inside a car outside of the home. officers rushed april side to bring the 15-year-old to safety. officers say they found james clerk inn, jr., hiding in a closet. both were arrested on the spot. neighbor daniel thorn lives a few doors down and was shocked to hear the news. >> he was probable ale frayed for his life. had knows? but, i feel terrible that something like that is happening inside our neighborhood right here. >> reporter: burglary happened just two days after a jogger was tack at a berlin park. police do not believe the cases are related. >> times are changing, and it's

terrible. >> reporter: both suspects are facing charge charges of burgla, couldn't support see, criminal mischief and obstruction. more charges are pending. david spunt cbs3 i were the nouse. philadelphia double shooting leaves one man in critical condition and another stable. it happened tonight in nicetown. police say the victims were operating a tow truck when the first was shot chest. the second was struck in the shoulder. bullets came at the vehicle from both sides. now police are looking through surveillance video from nearby businesses for any clues. family, friends and classmates are mourning a 17-year-old student hit and killed by a suspect the dui driver. ant what about timbers of burlington city high school student was killed just after midnight sunday while walking on route 130 in burlington city. a sophomore, timbers was already assuming leadership rolls in the junior rotc program at school. he hoped to serve in the military like some of his older cousins. >> this is a tragic accident

that should not have happened. art want was a huge part of all our lives. he meant a lot to us. >> police say the driver ricardo paterson willingboro stayed at the scene after that crash. he was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving and was released. $10,000 is now being offered as a reward for information in the deadl deadly weekend triple shooting in chester. 14-year-old denness powell was kick his cousin was critically injury. a third victim janine shipley still has a bullet lodged in her shoulder. she describes to us what happened. >> i can hear it going pink, pink, pink, oh, my god, i'm going die. bullets coming from everywhere. boom, boom, boom, boom. oh, my god! oh my god. i'm shot already. they're going oh kill me. >> police believe that the three victims caught in the crossfire and the gunmen were aiming for other targets. dennis was student at chester community charter school.

the founder of the school is paying for his funeral. a judge cleared baltimore police officer he had war nero of assault, reckless endangerment and misconduct in the death of freddie gray. nero used to live in sewell, gloucester county. the judge concluded that nero played little role in gray's arrest and was not responsible for the failure to buckle him into the police van. gray died in april 2015 after suffering spinal cord injuries in that police van. bill cosby is due in court tomorrow so a judge can decide whether there's enough evidence to proceed to trial with sex assault accusations from 12 years ago. he's trying to have the case thrown out. today the pennsylvania supreme court refused to grant a delay. last year, a ruling upheld charges based on his 2004 encounter with a temple university employee andrea constand. cosby believes he had a deal with former prosecutor preventing him from being charged in the case. tonight south jersey students are upset with a decision to place their

principal on leave and they say it was done without explanation. oak crest high school in mace lanning. two blasts happened over the weekend. 12 hours apart. one in the 600 block of pine street. the other at 30th and mark. both explosions caused power outages and sent peco crews into act. our greg argos caught up with peco today to get a taste of what the extensive training they receive to get on the ground. apprentices in this class spend the first few weeks in the classroom then off to above ground manhole for more traini training. it replicates real one in almost every respect. >> we try to simulate a real real-time training in a manhole. a few reps inside the manhole simulated as a damaged cable. >> one thing not replicated in training the live forms found in man holes, snakes, spiders, rats and much more. in campaign 2016 new poll he is show hillary clinton large need over donald trump has

northern delaware and he can treatment southwestern new jersey and then moved out pretty quickly as well. but still we've got upper low sitting off the coast scattered showers will be around into the day tomorrow and they may be most prevalent down the shore. storm reports from today, half inch hail in east norriton. quarter inch hail in blue bell. norristown and king of prussia earlier today. and temperatures got into the upper 70s so this provided fuel for the storm as they came through. we hit 80 degrees in allentown. what to expect as we go through the rest of the night. a few scattered showers here and there. wake up tomorrow morning to clouds and showers along the coast. most of the day from the city on west especially is mostly sunny. just a couple of scattered showers in the afternoon. so not a bad day tomorrow. best chance for showers and storms is off to the east across portions of south jersey. taste of summer then moves in as we get this cool pocket of air that upper low to move on out. jet stream lifts to the north and warm air invades by the end of the week. temperatures really really
