hunting park. eighteen year-old man was struck and killed by a stolen toyota prius on the 3900 block of old york road. driver then ditched the car blocks away on the 1300 block of west pike street, ape ran the scene. >> philadelphia policer on the scene looking for evidence, authorities tell "eyewitness news" they are looking for a red hyundai suv with front end damage. we're also told the victim is in stable condition. and a car crashes right through the front of a home in plymouth meeting montgomery county. it happened shortly after, 1:00 a.m. on the 1300 block of germantown pike. no one was inside, and no one inside and, engineers, building is safe, and, wall and window, boarded up overnight. home is also a chiropractor's office. flood ravaged texas just can't seem to catch a break.

death of the 78 year-old joseph daily. he was found dead, tuesday in his theodore street home. police say daily was beaten and strangled. likely by a group of kid that targeted him, previously on friday night. police say that the suspects made off with daily's blue ford van with pennsylvania tag pd5338z. police hope the public may have seen the van, again, pennsylvania license plate of pd5338z. anyone with any information is asked to call the police. well, retired pro wrestler jimmy super fly snuka will not stand trial for murder. lehigh county judge ruled yesterday that the seven three-year old was mentally incompetent. he was charged in the 1983 death of his girlfriend last september, and the judge has said that she doesn't believe snuka is capable of faking dementia symptoms. he will be reevaluated in six months. is there controversy over fetty wap's latest music video. >> ♪

we have a haze over the bay here in the distance. this is middletown ship high school in cape may courthouse. we have a cool morning there 62 degrees. fog is a concern this morning at the shore specifically. over the immediate open ocean water we have a dense fog advisory. be careful if you are a boater that wants to head out this morning. patchy fog for coastal delaware and new jersey with the pretty poor visibility at the shore. otherwise, though you will brighten up and see more sunshine throughout the course of the morning. and less though anywhere the fog is it will be dissipating by about 9:00 a.m. give or take. next frontal boundary is waiting in the wings off to the west. you can see bubbles of showers and thunderstorms beginning to fire up, already. this should not make it further east then central pennsylvania. we are banking on a dry day and evening, which again, bodes well for our phillies in south philadelphia. partly sunny, nice he can, 76 degrees. very quick check of the seven day. low to mid 80's, right through monday, two minor hiccups coming tomorrow with just a quick the scattered shower or thunderstorm.
