"eyewitness news" reporter anita oh is in the cbs-3 sat center with a look back at his ali and his local ties. >> reporter: that is right, boxing heck end was known as the greatest of all time and now many around the world are mourning the loss of mohammed ali who died last night after a 32 battle with parkinson's disease. >> i have told you i was

traffic. that is after crews cleared an overturn tractor trailer. take a look chopper three was over the mess oz eastbound off ramp on the bensalem interchange. truck was carrying trash and rolled on to its side yesterday afternoon. the owner of the bucks county pharmacy fights back against a would be robber. the attempted hold up ended with the owner shooting the suspect to death. a second suspect is in custody. "eyewitness news" reporter natasha brown has more on what happened inside the store just before the shooting. >> reporter: actions of a store owner are commended by police and the district attorney, who say he was well within his rights to pull the trigger on a alleged robbery suspect. these are aim edge is allowing the owner of the pennsbury pharmacy in falls township to watch every move of an approaching armed robber. owner was alone inside this store when the mask man walked in around 10:00 a.m. >> owner yelled to him several times i'm armed, do not come in the store.

>> reporter: suspect didn't heed the warning, police say he stormed through the store to the back window of the pharmacy. masking a shotgun behind its open umbrella. >> the actor push the umbrella through and then jumped through the window with the shotgun brandishing with the shotgun and then the owner fired multiple times, striking the subject multiple times. >> reporter: owner then triggered a silent alarm. police were there within minutes finding an accomplice who was oblivious to what was happening inside sitting outside of the store in the stolen van. man was taken into police custody and heard talking only a profession of his innocent. >> reporter: a man who identified himself as a friend of the pharmacy owner was seen locking down the store showers after the traumatic ordeal. >> there is no thought that we would prosecute the shooter in this case. he was entirely justified, in his conduct, and frankly should be commended. >> reporter: bucks county d.a.

seized this as a justifiable shooting while those to know the normally quiet owner are justifiablely concerned about his well-being. >> always friendly, had no problems with anybody. >> reporter: suspect is in custody facing charges including robbery and he will also face charges in the death of his co conspirator. police are also trying to figure out if these two suspects may have been link to other pharmacy robberies throughout the air contract in falls township, natasha brown for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". crews have freed a 71 year-old man in burlington county after he got stuck in the grain bin. it happened friday afternoon, at probasco farm on sky hill road in chesterfield. it is unclear how the man got stuck but officials say he was up to his chest in grain. it took four hours to free the man and get him to the hospital. he was not seriously hurt. authorities say a north penn high school student admitted to setting a fire that caused $800,000 in damage.

"eyewitness news" was outside as the suspect's mother left the montgomery county court. teen admitted to felony charges in connection with setting the fire. it happened in the storage room at the high school in lansdale in late may, the judge has now ordered the teen to undergo psychiatric and psychological testing, before his sentencing within 20 days. >> students are naturally upset that one of their own would start a fire, they are trying to understand why someone would do that but they are dealing with an it as best as they can. >> reporter: fire caused $500,000 in damage to property, and three hub thousand dollars to the contents, mainly sheet music and instruments. defense is calling witnesses in the federal corruption trial of the congressman chaka fattah. prosecutors have rested their case against the pennsylvania democrat, and the trial could go to the jury as early as next week. if congressman fattah is going to take the witness stand in his own defense it is not clear. presidential candidates have have a long weekend of campaigning ahead of them. new jersey, california and four other states hold

army officials say they have recovered bodies of four more soldiers killed in flooding at fort hood in texas. cbs's don champion is there now with the latest. >> reporter: search by air and water, lasted two days but it did not have a positive result. friday evening, army officials

announced they have recovered bodies of four more soldiers, after their routine training mission turned tragic. >> we have lost in this incident nine of our great soldiers. >> reporter: officials say members of the 12 person unit at fort hood tried crossing flood waters thursday but raging water overturned their truck. >> we were in the process of at the moment of the event,. >> reporter: bodies of the five solders were found thursday, three others were rescued and treated at a local hospital and had been released. officials here at fort hood won't say what kind of precaution where is taken before the training started but near owl creek it was used regularly. days of pounding rain across texas are taking a toll. the water trying third mud slide southwest of fort worth, lake front apartments are on the verge of falling into like grand bury. many roads are now rivers, and

in the low potentially mid 80's depending how much sunshine we do see. it is dry right now, just clouds streaming from the west. there is our next storm system, light showers across the ohio valley. then we will get a strong cold front, west of chicago, that is front that will trigger some stronger thunderstorms potentially into the afternoon and evening hours, tomorrow, so we're still dry, maybe a stray shower gets in here late this afternoon, i think most areas will be okay, and yet tomorrow is the day to watch out for widespread rain. seventy-five for the high today at the shore. ocean at 65 degrees. uv index on the high side even with the fog and cloud around this morning. make sure you do wear that sun block. here's our set up. it is a split weekend. we will have sunshine mixed with clouds this afternoon. temperatures on the warm side in the 80's. then tomorrow watch out for those stronger thunderstorms especially later during the day into the evening hours, as this cold front approaches. still warm and humid during the day sun take. once this front passes us, sunday night humidity starts to drop. it is still warm early next

week. we will be in the 80's on monday, dry but by middle of the week a nice cooler canadian air mass builds in. this is the severe threat for tomorrow, mainly late during the day, areas in yellow, that is slight risk for severe thunderstorms, about 15 percent chance. then brown areas just south, of philadelphia, towards the northern delaware, parts of the chester county, south jersey that is enhanced risk. these have a higher risk to is he see veer threat from the city on south and east tomorrow, that is a 30 percent chance for severe storms in the enhanced areas. so, clouds break out, give way to more sunshine in the afternoon, and evening, maybe a stray shower or two in some spots. the most parts, we're dry. tomorrow morning, couple of morning showers, and nothing heavy, we will have dry breaks at times, throughout the day on sunday but watch what happens late in the day. here comes the line of stronger showers and storms, mid to late afternoon. some of those storms could be severe, gusting wind, smaller hail and that is out of here by sunday night.

"eyewitness news" reporter cleve bryan shows us what they are doing and how you can help. >> so, this one does not pass zika virus. >> reporter: identifying mosquitoes may not seem like the most exciting job but with the threat of the zika virus spreading to the u.s. it has never been more important. >> these are the two that pass, transmit zika. this is the one that i'm sure everybody has seen because very, very clearly, black and white. >> reporter: also notice asian tiger, this is lesser of the two mosquitoes to transmit zika and that is why throughout south jersey, county mosquito control departments are tracking and having the state test mosquitoes for zika. >> they will say if or if not

news". well, they are rare along the jersey shore but beach patrols are preparing for, possible shark attacks. here's why. some experts predict 2016 will be a record year for sharks nationwide. over the past century there have been 15 shark attacks in new jersey, three of them in the last ten years, and experts say that the best way for swim tours stay safe, is to stay alert. >> there are times when you should not be swimming, where sharks are more active, and dawn and dusk, you should swim in groups and they also say that bright colors can attract sharks. >> wildwood beach patrol says they have started to use drone to spot any hazard in the ocean. the philadelphia police officer connecting with the community is now going viral. a neighbor recorded officer shawn cave playing football with some children along pamona street in germantown. the video has been viewed 300,000 times. after the game officer cave pulled the kids that police are there to help them and he answered some of their
