seventeen year old shot during attempted robbery in philadelphia's olney section police say the teen just pick up friends, north lawrence street, two men approached the car and tried to rob the teen and his friends. >> one had a gun, they tap on the window with the gun, they attempted top open the driver side door then announce add robbery, 17 year old put his car in drive and took off. >> teenager shot as he drove away. he managed to still drive to st. christopher hospital where he is in stable condition with a bullet wound to his left shoulder. >> incident at the phillies game over this weekend, has a lot of people talking this morning. >> involves a fan who allegedly through something at ryan howard. have to tell you. tragic update to story we told but last week. five year old sophia olson has died after a fire ripped through her home in northeast philadelphia. the little girl was trapped in her bedroom when the fire broke out thursday afternoon. her mother, and a neighbor, will also hurt trying to save her. we check and her mother upgrade today stable condition. >> meanwhile, tragedy in belgium. train crash leaves three people dead, 40 other were injured, when a passenger train struck a freight train at high speed. it happened in the eastern part of the country sunday night. authorities say two of the trains six carriages derailed, and cause under investigation, survivors are being offered psychological counselling at a local sports center baltimore police officer going on trial in the death of freddie gray, judge supposed to hear motions in the trial of ceasar good son. he is charged with second degree murder, prosecutors say good son, who drove the transport van, bears most of the responsibility for gray's
