daily. >> we actually found his van up in the northeast. the as a result of that we saw a door getting out of the van. >> reporter: police believe this is the man, clark, who has friend and family in the northeast they say he is from southwest. the same neighborhood as the victim who was found dead tuesday, inside of his home, on 59300 block of theodore street. >> he was seen getting out of the victim's van. we had a couple people coming forward and put him inside the house at the time of the murder. >> reporter: officers discovered the victim a contractor lying beside a pool of food after his family requested a welfare check. back windows were broken and police believe it was robbery. neighbors say the news mom comes as a release, they will feel more comfortable when clark is in custody. >> we need help. >> at least they are moving in the right direction. that helps a lot. it gives everybody at least some sense of something is

going on. >> reporter: and, initially it was report that had neighbors say multiple people, leaving the victim's home. difficult ask captain clark about that today. about the possibility that there could be more people involved. they are still out there he tells me the investigation is going on. i can also tell you that police attempted to find the suspect earl ter day but that was unsuccessful. so they say he is a fugitive and they are urging him to turn himself in. rahel solomon for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". tonight we are getting a look at new video of the moment a baby was snatched from his mother in the king of prussia mall. "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt is in the satellite center with a look at that brand new video, david. >> reporter: tough to watch. i was on the scene the night this happened and police quickly put out video of the suspect and baby outside the moment the judge ordered the inside video be release. we will show it to you for first time. authorities say that this is three two-year old cherri amore as she cozied up to

philadelphia momma leaka hunter and her kids inside king of prussia mall march 31st amore, a stranger, befriended hunter and spent time with her as they strolled through hallways of the mall. minutes later this camera show amore, hunter and her children walking together continuing their conversation and then amoore, hunter and her children made their way to the food court. the conversation continues. at one point amoore picks up seven week old azir simmons and hold him and then out of no where, authorities say amoore grabbed the little boy. she walked quickly out of the mall. several cameras picking her up along the way. final the shot the one police a originally released shows amoore leaving the build will with little will azir. authorities say she had a baby just a few weeks before and the baby died. according to authorities amoore said she wanted to hold a baby again. and there is no word yet on a trial date, chere amoore is set to a peer before a judge later this month.

reporting live, david spunt for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". delaware county prosecutors have a warrant out for this man, rodney shelton in the murder of a delivery man last year. thomas childs was killed on a loading dock in yeadon last june 9th. the suspect could be easy to spot thanks to a spiderweb tattoo on his head. >> know this, we are coming for you, we will find you and you will be brought to face justice. >> it doesn't matter where you are, there is really no where you can hide. >> reporter: prosecutors say that shelton robbed and killed his victim for less than $20. philadelphia police are working with the phillies to help track down the fan who threw a beer bottle at ryan howard. this photo of the alleged culprit is making the round on social media. so far police have yet to make an arrest but when they do that person will likely face a disorderly conduct charge. howard says that regardless of who did it, that kind of a behavior is not acceptable.

tropical storm colin. you can see heavy rain along the carolina coast down into georgia. actual tropical storm is still over western gulf of mexico heading in to florida. you can see moisture associated with this as it interacts with a frontal boundary last night. all that rain concentrate add cross the south east. most of that will stay away us from but some cloud issues are possible down the shore and through the delaware beaches for the next couple of days. until the city though it is a beautiful evening. temperature wise we are feeling fantastic. eighty-five in philadelphia. eighty-one millville. eighty-four in allentown. confidentable 73 in mount pocono. after a very steamy, sunday yesterday, today is feeling better. dew points in the 50's. the that is a comfortable range, between comfortable and humid on our comfort index scale here. more humid down the shore and southern delaware where we have dew points in the upper 60's in dover and wildwood at the moment. still feeling steamy in that part of the region. we have a couple of showers forming over central pennsylvania, these are starting to track east, a bit and there could be a couple

showers popping up this evening, and tonight, most of them to the north and west as you you can see overnight in, to tomorrow. and tomorrow, it is a day a lot like today but then we are talking about a reduction in the the humidity and drop in the mercury as well to finish out the workweek. we will have more and also the latest on the path of tropical storm colin coming up when i join you inside. for now back inside to you. >> kate, thank you. it is a somber anniversary today marks 72 years since the d-day invasion of france by allied troops during world war two. >> more than 150,000 troops stormed 50-mile stretch of the beach along the french coast, fighting the germans at inner manny they were sported by more than 5,000 ships and 11,000 planes. nearly 10,000 allied troops were killed or wounded, but the victory enabled forces to advance across europe. ago army staff sergeant al and his second division were preparing to storm normandy beach. >> general patton gave us a pep talk and he says you sob's are here to fill a dead man's shoes. if you tie don't worry, we have plenty of people to fill your shoes. that was his pep talk. >> reporter: what a pep talk. >> yes. >> reporter: now 91, he vividly remembers the moment his foot hit stand. >> you got all these bodies floating, and you're pushing the bodies out of the way. put your thought in the mind of hey, this is serious. this is tough stuff. >> reporter: how did you survive. >> i don't know, heavy artillery, and there is shells bursting all around you, you hear guys cursing, screaming, praying and anytime a shell could you close enough to get you. i gave credit to the good lord. i seriously did. particularly when we got into france and stuff that happened to me there.

in campaign 2016, hillary clinton is getting closer to locking up the democratic presidential nomination and endorsement from president obama. she won puerto rico and virgin island over the weekend. tonight clinton will wrap up her campaign in california with the concert featuring perform a answers by cristina aguilara and stevey wonder. bernie sanders is wrapping up his campaign in california with the concert tonight. dave matthews ban will entertain sanders supporters, the senator is vowing to pull off an upset, will california has the most amount of delegates up for grabs out of the state's voting tomorrow. on the republican side donald trump is keeping a low profile ahead of these final primaries, presumptive g.o.p. presidential nominee is going in the race unopposed and expected to make post election remarks tomorrow at the trump golf club in west chester, new york. voters will head out to cast their ballots tomorrow in new jersey, polls there open up at 6:00 a.m. and stay opened until 8:00 p.m.

>> true. >> don likes to complain about the heat and humidity. we are not complaining today. >> i have nothing to say. >> it is breezy, beautiful, not too hold, too cold, a goldie locks day, just right. the just like the pourage at three bears house. we will go out to the live look up in our northern suburbs in bethlehem in northampton county. live look at main street always hopping, great shops and restaurants there and of course hotel bethlehem where our cameras mounted and great night up that way. we have a couple cloud rolling in and a few showers and storms on storm scan three. lets peak at what is going on, notice cloud lifting from the south, turning out to be a cloudy evening for shore points and delaware beaches. we have a couple showers and storms developing over portions of central pennsylvania. these are starting to move east, blowing up here, and question is will they get in our area before sundown, when they will lose their strength so to speak. we could not rule out a stray shower or thunderstorm, mainly

off to the north and west and then we will deal with the tropical moisture, clouds associated with that but mostly off to the south and east. it is a associated with tropical storm colin make land fall along florida and bring heavy rainfall over next couple days to florida, and in the outer banks. currently sustain wind, 50 miles an hour, gusts to 65. moving north/north east at the 23 miles an hour, moving quickly but you can see that moisture associated with it and boundary lodged in that region. the storm will follow that trajectory through tomorrow and grazing outer banks here and eventually staying out to sea. it will make close path to us late tuesday and wednesday off to the south but could churn you have rough surf especially wednesday. that is something to keep in mind this week. so lets talk about colin. colin is expected to make land fall along coast of flashings earliest sea storm to form on rorrer. last tropical storm to make land fall was pack in 2013 but last time hurricane made land fall in florida was not since

2005. past few years have been quiet in the tropics but we are starting early. we started if january with alex. we have earliest sea storm on rorrer we will see how rest of the season plays out. nice week shaping up with isolated thunder shower tomorrow, temperatures in the 80es a. colin head out to sea. we have a breezy cooler day on wednesday, maybe a stray shower with the cold puddle of air in the upper atmosphere. thursday looks like a great day mostly sun which highs in the 70's a. a few degrees below average. humidity continues to drop, tonight, feeling just on the board are line of humid, tomorrow in the pleasant range and then awesome on the comfort index with the very low dew points in the 30's and 40's, late wednesday into thursday. overnight partly cloudy, a stray shower especially north and west. 68 degrees is our low. tomorrow a lot like today, mostly sunny and nice not too humid. isolated shower or thunder shower and you're witness weather seven day forecast thursday and friday looking gorgeous. thursday with the breeze and temperatures in the mid 70's.

senior members of the drexel's class of 2016 took part in the special celebration today. >> students joined together to raise a glass or, well, a lot of glasses, they gathered on the steps of the great court in the university's main building where they shared a toast and posed for a class photo. the commencement will take place saturday at citizens bank park and first time in more than a decade, that drexel will host a university wide event.
