house because polling finds both presumed candidates to be the least popular likely party nominees in decades. what should voter do's if they dislike the presidential nominees? good question many nicole brewer has the answer for you coming up around 11:14. >> firefighters working to get a fire under control at a delaware county shopping center that has sent at least one person at the hospital. fire crews were called to this family dollar store on delmar drive in folcroft just before 9:00 o'clock tonight. we're told the fire has reached three alarms and the shopping center has been evacuated. in word on the injured person's condition. they were taken to croes sr. chester for treatment. man under arrest tonight after allegedly sexually assaulting woman behind a wawa convenience store in philadelphia. police say the attack happened around 6:00 p.m. in the 9400 block of state road in northeast philadelphia. they say the woman was assaulted in a small wooded area behind the store. she was able to break free and call police. the suspect was found a few

blocks away. and we have learned tonight that teenager link to the murder investigation of an elderly man in southwest philadelphia is in police custody. sources tell "eyewitness news" 18-year-old quinn tis clark turned himself in hours after police issued a warrant for his arrest. investigators say clark was wanted in the murder of 7884 old joseph daily. the vick testimony was found beaten to death inside his home on the 6300 block of theodore street last tuesday. delaware county officials of authorities issue arrest warrant for the suspect in the murder of a deliveryman last june. they are looking for rodney shelton. shelton shot the victim thomas childs on loading dock in yeadon and the mow tough was robbery. >> septa police looking for eyewitness to confrontation between one of their own officers and a man in handcuffs. the minute long video posted saturday on facebook. while it's unclear exactly when and where this happened, or what

preceded the man being placed in handcuffs the officer scene taking him to the ground. septa's internal affairs is investigating the incident but the police chief is going a step further. he asked anyone who has more video or who witnessed the incident to give them a call. we are getting a look at the moment where is a baby was snatched from his mother inside king of prussia mall back in march. the newly released surveillance video shows a woman chatting up the baby's mother inside the mall. it then shows her quickly walking away with that baby. police found the baby unharmed that night and they arrested 32-year-old sheree am more. according to authorities she confessed. police say she told them she'd given birth a few weeks before and her baby had died. am more has court date later this month. start tomorrow the general public is getting a chance to get tickets for funeral services for the late muhammed ali. muslim funeral service will be held at the freedom hall a rona in louisville on thursday. ali won his first pro fight

there in 1960 on friday his body will be driven through the streets of louisville. funeral will be held at kfc arena holds 22,000 people. limited number of tickets are being offered to the public for both funerals on a first come basis. thieves have been target local veteran amy cemeteries in search of brass grave marker they can sell for scrap. over the last few years these type of thefts have soared into the thousands. odd fellow cemetery in burlington new jersey fallen victim to more than 200 thefts in the past six months widow of a world war ii veteran says these hit her husband's gravesite three times. >> i cried a lot. i can even fathom what would be the reason. >> it's just terrible. as many as we order and they're expense suv we have to keep buying more and more every year and it's really killing the budget but more importantly it's killing the pride of the veterans. >> veterans officials say they have been forced to replace the

stolen markers with others made of cheaper materials. tonight we're hearing the emotional victim impact statement of a woman raped while unconscious by a former stanford university swim star. 20-year-old brock turner convict evidence that attack last week and ordered to serve six months in county jail and three months probation. in a letter to the judge, the victim had these words for her attacker saying "you took away my worth, my privacy, my energy, my time, my safety, my intimacy and, my confidence, my own voice. prosecutor on the case revealed her own emotional reaction to the short sentence for turner. >> i cried. i was, felt like i didn't do my part in representing her interests in the case because of the slap on the wrist sentence the defendant got. >> the sentence which is resulted in growing outrage came after turner's father made his own apple to the judge saying quote his life will never be the

one that he dreamed about. this is a steep price to pay for 20 minutes of act. a delaware county man says he's being falsely accused as the person who threw a beer bottle at phillies first baseman ryan howard over the weekend. let's show i was picture of the alleged culprit in saturday's game that's making the rounds on social media. police are working with the phillies to track down the person but joseph ben nest aston tells "eyewitness news" people online are pointing the finger at him. he says he was more than 30 miles away from the ball yard at the time of the incident. >> it's not me. this is tollly wrong what's going on. i'm getting harassed. and in that photo i want people to please take a good look at that photo. and you can see here's the side of my face, red facial hair and i'm like 20 pounds heavier than that guy. >> police have not made any arrests yet but had they do, that person will likely face a diss or the conduct charm. it's been a historic run for olney charter high school

what a beautiful day it's been there may be a couple of showers around allentown as had plane takes off. tracking a few spotty showers outside right now and we'll see them again tomorrow possibly just a few scatter it's isolated showers and thunder showers in the a big deal much as we head threw the next couple of days temperatures on their way down. humidity levels dropping as well and the spring weather we didn't really get at the end of may may finally be coming back for at least a couple of days. let's take look out side take you out to our roof cam live from the cbs broadcast center. looking live down 16th street a few clouds have moved in this evening. clouds started pushing in from the south over through the evening hours really over portions of the delaware beaches and the shore points. now clouds have inn veighed really the vast majority of ar area. you can city here on storm sca scan3. here's the picture moving forward through tonight mostly cloudy conditions from philadelphia on south it look like we should stay dry tonight. but notice this batch of showers and possibly even a rumble of thunder moving through central pennsylvania this headed up through the poconos and possibly the northern lehigh valley as we

head threw the overnight hours. i want to zoom in close is to our region you can see one shower just moving east of the easton at the moment. another one down over portions of berks county just starting to push into lehigh county you will see a couple of scattered showers especially north and west through the overnight hours. off we go to the south moisture from tropical storm colin is churning over florida. here it is. you can see the heaviest of the rain is over northern florida but we're seeing it all the way up through outerbanks as well. good news, this is going to be shunted eastward out to sea and we won't feel any direct impacts from colin here it is right now latest updates still a tropical storm. sustained winds at 50 miles an hour with gusts to 65. leg guest threat with this heavy flooding rainfall over northern and central florida. it will brush the outerbanks and then head out to sea the only thing we may feel from this is rough surf midweek down the shore. on the wise that storm is headed far away but notice some spots across the especially central florida around or license dough could pick up a half of foot of

rain before the end of the day tomorrow leading to the risk for flooding there. locally we're looking at temperatures very warm at the moment. it's still 77 in philadelphia. the clouds will keep it mild overnight. 73 in allentown. it's 76 in trenton. so you don't need the jacket outside tonight. you won't need it tomorrow morning as you head to work or put the kids on the bus in the morning temperatures once again rise to the 80s tomorrow afternoon with just ice layed thunder shower. there's the moisture from colin moving away as we head into wednesday this cold bubble of air in the upper atmosphere will advance through new england. looks kind of like a fall like pattern starting on wednesday as we tap into this cold northwest winds from portions of eastern canada and it's actually going to be nice and cool on thursday. with a brisk wind from the north and west almost a hint of fall in the area or the spring we never really got in may. humidity levels dropping as well. still a bit steamy tonight. pleasant tomorrow and dew points in the 30s and 40s late wednesday into thursday and that puts us right firmly in the awesome range. partly cloudy with a stray
