southbound direction, a lot of vehicles out, there as well. construction on the pa turnpike between neshaminy service plaza and delaware valley, right lane block, and reminder delaware memorial bridge southbound two left lanes block because of construction between five a.m. and 8:00 p.m. jim, over to you. >> thank, meisha a new this morning, brutal attack on pizza delivery driver in kingsessing. police say the 35 year old victim was about to make a delivery on the 5700 block of bo month, around 10:45 last night, when two men threatened him at gunpoint, told him to get back in his car. the suspect then kidnapped and robbed him before shooting him in the back of the head. >> a driver in the area of warrington and cobbs creek, and they take him out of the car, they go through his pocket, get about $65 out of his pockets, they tell him that's not enough, tell him to get on his knees, one of the mast gets back in the car, actor as though he's going to run him over. the victim in critical condition. police have found the car and are asking for the public's help to find a suspect. they believe the suspect may

be juveniles who live in the area. >> also, new this morning, five year old boy is being treated at the hospital after he was shot just inches from his parents in their chester home. car outside was damaged and the boy was hit when bullets flew into the window of their home. his parents are keeping him calm at the hospital by talking about his upcoming birthday party. he's expected to be okay and police are searching for the gunman. polls have just owned in new jersey which is holding presidential primary along with five other states. whatever the outcome, campaign 2016 is already making history. voters. cbs news, the associated press, calling clinton the party likely nominee, counsel g weekend win in puerto rico, and her super delegate totalsment convention math puts clinton 26 delegates shy of the 20383. that is the nomination benchmark, step closer to being the first woman to top a presidential ticket. again, two big races today, new jersey, and its 126th pledge democratic delegates, and 16 un pledged or super delegates. and even bigger, california, with 546 delegates, that large prize has drawn both campaigns to the golden state, where a polling predict another close contest between clinton and sanders. sanders with 1,569 delegates, is vowing to fight all the way to the dnc in philadelphia next month. he argue that clinton advantage comes from super delegate support, which can very well change before the dnc. >> we've seen little bit of momentum, i think there are four super delegates in three

fire at delaware county shopping center. the fire started just before 9:00 at this family dollar store on delmar drive folcroft. the fire reached three alarms before firefighters could contain the flames. no word on the injured person's condition who was taken to crozer-chester medical center for treatment. >> and a firefighter is recovering after getting hurt battling a warehouse fire in philadelphia's brewerytown neighborhood. the fire started around 10:00 last night near 31st and jefferson streets, several food trucks are parked there. no details if any were damaged. >> this morning, getting closer look at the moments right before a baby was snatched from his mother inside the king of prussia mall in march. the newly-released surveillance video shows woman chatting up the baby's mother inside the mall, then, shows her quickly walking away with the baby. police found the baby unharmed that night and they arrested 32 year old shereea more. according to authority, moore confessed, police say she toll them she had given birth few weeks before and her baby

>> just a miss. >> winds, rain, fortunately we don't have anything like that around here. >> we really don't guys. thankfully looks like the way the storm will track, completely bypasses us, but this year, hurricane season got off to strange start. we had the a name alec back in january, barely ever have seen that happen. meanwhile colin now what we just discussed, that's the earliest we've ever seen c storm form since records began. the last time florida actually saw tropical storm make landfall was back in 2013. so been couple of years, not since 05 had the hurricane actually made landfall in florida so not necessarily we're get too long comfortable with the quiet tropical weather i would say, rather, we are, you know, maybe just sort of resting easy and now we've got to sort of just pay more attention as we end near la nina pattern, one factor of several that could lead to more busy her kahn season. meanwhile, here's what's happening on storm scan, tropical moisture getting shunted off to the north here. colin at the moment is about 90 miles to the

south-southwest of charleston. but this is going to basically just roll to the northeast. so it doesn't have any casino of major or direct impact on us. low 70s, muggy start to the day from philly on southeast further north and west you go still muggy but not quite as warm but that said, we've got front of our own that will be crossing through today, it is pretty weak when it comes to moisture content, so only expecting shower or maybe thundershower at some point this afternoon specially. but it does knock the temperatures back, pretty substantially, solid 11 degrees knocked off for that daytime high, by tomorrow, upper level disturbance that could still trigger not just the win but another shower, and then thursday, friday, looking awesome. mid and upper 70s, very low humidity, so couple of real great hair days coming up. but i don't have to tell jim that. >> you know me looking at that saturday and sunday, coy careless about monday through friday, we're here. >> our morning commuters are paying attention, thinking we care, we care what the roadways look like, yes, we

do. they are dry. looking great today. that's the great news. but waking up this morning i will say we were heating up quicker today than actually what we saw yesterday. and, we have an accident out there. this is our first one of the morning, and kind of lingering out there causing some slow downs now the schuylkill eastbound at gulph mills, we also on the westbound side, you can see, the police office their pulled all the way off to the shoulder maybe blocking just tiny bit of the far right lane with the lights on, but what you will see, slowing down little bit on the both sides, so what you see, the eastbound side very tight shoulder. might get a little gabe err delay. some of the vehicles that were involved, now out of the way. soap, they are just going to be taking a look at what that guy is doing. westbound side the flashing lights, where we start to see some brake lights go off just little bit as you come around this corner and get out of there. you can see there tires just over the line little bit of the overall if you have to head out by gulph mills, eastbound or westbound, give yourself couple of extra minutes, you might need it left lane compromised, not the

welcome back, there was a lot of anger over the sentencing of a former stanford university swimmer. he raped an unconscious woman and will only serve up to six months in jail. now, there are petitions for the judge's recall. last week 20 year old brock turner was convicted of the attack, the judge ordered him

to serve six months in county jail, three month probation. in a letter to the judge, the victim had these words for her attacker, saying, quote: you took away my worse, my privacy, my energy, my time, my safety, my intimacy, my confidence, my own voice. a prosecutor on the case revealed her own emotional reaction. >> i cried. i felt like i didn't do my part in representing her interests in the case because of the slap on the wrist sentence that the defendant got. >> the sentence came after turner's father appealed to the judge with this letter that's also making a lot of people mad on line t says, quote, his life will never be the one that he dreamed. that is a steep price to pay for 20 minute of action. end quote. >> the gorilla exhibit at the cincinnati zoo reopens today for the first time since a three year old boy fell into the enclosure. the incident led to the fatal shooting after rare gorilla.

zoo officials say the exhibit will have higher reinforced railing, the outer barrier will now be a half foot taller than before with solid wood beams and rope netting. the boy's mother will not face criminal charges over the incident. well, will smith who portrayed muhammad ali on the big screen will be among the paul bearers as his funeral on friday. >> there will be prayer service at the freedom hall arena in louisville thursday. won his first pro fight there in 1960. the next day, ali's body will be driven through the spree of his hometown. the public funeral will be at the kfc young center which holds about 22,000 people. starting today, there will be a limited number of tickets to the public for both services on a first come basis. in honor of princess birthday june 7th being declared prince day in minnisota the legendary musician would have been 58 today. prince died last month from an accidental overdose of painkillers. he was a jehova witness, didn't celebrate birth days, but that's not stopping fans across the globe from

between one of their officers, and a man in handicuffs. a minute long video posted saturday on facebook, while it is unclear exactly when and where this happened, or what proceeded the man being placed in cuffs, the officer is seen taking him to the ground. septa internal affairs is investigating the incident, but police chief going a step further. anyone with more video or who witnessed the video to give them a call. >> local man says he's being falsely accused of the person who through beer bottle at phillies first baseman ryan howard over the weekend, picture of the alleged cup culprit making round on social media. police say working with the phillies to track down this person, but, joseph bennett of aston, delaware county tells "eyewitness news" people are pinning the fin err at him, he was more than 30 miles away at the time of the incident and has hedge to the people attacking him. >> not mement totally wrong what's going on. i'm getting harassed. and in that photo i want people to please take a good look at that photo, and you
