bus were not injured the duck boat was not carrying passengers and the driver was not hur. well another disturbing case of road rage takes place on the pennsylvania highway this time a man opened fire on another driver as they traveled along i-95 during the morning rush. "eyewitness news" reporter trang do joins us now at the belmont state police barracks in wynnefield heights with a sketch of the shooter police want everyone to seem trang? >> reporter: ukee, here it is. take a good look. this is the man police believe that they are looking for. i did have chance to speak to the victim tonight. he is shaken but he is okay. now state police say this could have ended much worse and they're asking for the public's help to get this dangerous man off the road. scary moment during the morning commute. around 6:30, state police say a 3884 old man was driving on i-95 north just before the girard point bridge when another driver began tailgating him aggressively. the man pulled on the right side of the victim's car pulled out gun and fired it.

>> one round struck the rear passenger side area of the vision time's vehicle and it actually puncture the tire. the victim could have crashed and seriously injured himself. >> the vick testimony was able to pull off to the shoulder safely and call 911. police released this suspect a black man between 30 to 40 years old with a goat team the vick tip describe the car as an early 2,000 chevy impala or malibu. corporal says it's a miracle no one was hurt. >> he's okay. he's okay. obviously he was scared initia initially because he could have lost his life. could have lost his life. he could have crashed. other people could have crashed. roar report just a month ago similar road rage shooting oh the blue route. a few days later, police arrested annie richardson. someone recognized him from an artist's 67 and information about his car. troopers hope for similar out come in this case. >> that last case we were able to solve it very quickly. and some of it was with the help of the public. and i can't stress it enough.

don't -- they shall not be going through no trauma like this. >> police have not released motive for the shooting or a description of any suspects. a pizza deliveryman recovering to from an execution style ambush in southwest phil philly. police say the man was proved by two suspects on 57t 57th and beaumont streets last night and forced him to drive a few blocks away. that's where police say the suspects robbed the 34-year-old and one shot him in the back of the head. the victim is now in stable condition at penn presbyterian hospital much his two attackers remain at large. say charles borromeo seminary in montgomery county is looking for a new address. the philadelphia archdiocese original made plans to couldn't dollar say the the lower merion camping by selling or leasing unusual buildings now they hope to partner with a local catholic college and build a new facility that locate. no word on where and when. pope francis stayed at the seminary when he visited

>> supporters of the universal pre k in philadelphia are making their voices heard. dozens rallied at city hall today. they urged city council to support mayor jim kenney's plan to make pre k available to all three and four-year-olds in the city. the mayor wants to pay for it with attacks on sugary drinks. some call eight soda tack. it's projected to bring in $95 million a year. now groups opposed to the tax will rally at city hall tomorr tomorrow. so called soda tax is a hot button issue in philadelphia and the proposal is making national headlines. >> no major american city has been able to pass a similar tack. if it does end up clearing city council what are the beverages that will be tacked. that's a good question. any cory brewer joins us with that answer. >> the mayor is looking that take some of the profit from big

soda companies and put it back into the low income neighborhoods he says they've been marking to for years. let's get right to it. if this so called soda tax pass what is exactly will be tacked. good question and the answer, more than just soda. >> ♪ >> you've heard about the proposed soda tax. >> i have. >> what are your thoughts on. >> on wednesday city council will vote on the soda tax. proposal that would help not only fund universal pre k and community schools but also improve parks and recreation centers and benefit energy and pension programs. >> if the money truly is going there i think it's a good thing. >> i think it will affect too many people that can't afforded to it. >> if passed distributors would pay 3 cents per ounce tax on sugary drinks. roughly $11 more on case of 16-ounce soda. a move that would generate $400 million in the next five years. so what exactly gets taxed. >> i think it is just soda. >> fountain drinks i would imagine would be in included.

>> it's a broad base and it's focused on sugar sweetened beverage. >> he says the legislation includes soda, flavored water, sports and energy drinks. pre sweetened coffee and tea and mixes for click drinks. >> juice is fair game unless it's 100% juice. >> really. >> in restaurants where you might have fountain drinks the fountain the syrup will be tax taxed. >> that is kind of broad. >> you won't be tacked on baby formula. who will pair the brunt of the cost. >> a lot of people assume if the distributor is paying more the customer is paying more. >> it doesn't have to be the case. but ultimately from app economic perspective, that means that distributor would be making less per soda. so at the end of the day the consumer will have to bear some brunt of this. >> opponents of the plan say lower diamond for drinks will cut back on jobs. >> progress is not taking jobs away. sometimes it's the press we pay.

expect. let's start off with a look out side. center city looking all lit up this evening. it is beautiful night out there and it has cooled down quite a bit the humidity dropping quite a bit as well this evening no problems outside in the wake of the showers and storms that came through earlier today. everything is pretty quiet outside at the moment. storm scan3 looking good as we well. we had again showers and storms did produce small hail and strong gusty winds earlier tonight. those have since cleared the coast and severing quite. everything had a has cleared out now. we've got the remnants of colin moving well out to sea and that's not going to impact us a big bubble of cold air area of low pressure in the upper atmosphere diving down from the great lakes and new england and that's going to bring in some of this cooler air and also a little bit of instability in the atmosphere and that can he had lead to another round of showers for tomorrow. today we picked up about a trace of rain in philadelphia. it's ban wet stretch of tuesdays, though, in fact eight out of the last 10 tuesdays have had rain. let's pretty high numbers. hopefully we can break that treen in the summer months.

64 in allentown. pair of sixes in reading. 71 in philadelphia right now. and we're sitting at skate in millville and in wildwood. dew points though have dropped. we had dew points in the 60s earlier today. now the dew point is 48 degrees. dew point of course measure of moisture content in the air really gifts you a whole lot information than looking at the relative humidity which also takes into account the item which are. when you're talking about dew points below 50 degrees that puts you in the awesome range and it look hook we will be for quite awhile. tomorrow during the midday hours 11, 12, to 1:00 o'clock a line of showers and possibly thunderstorms will cross the area. so watch out for that if you have plans to head out for lunch that could slow you down. then the winds will pick up tomorrow afternoon. winds could gust over 20 miles an hour. it's a cool northwest wind you'll feel the difference out there as we tap into that cool air to the north and west. on thursday, high pressure stab as little more of a foot hold apease see day highs in the 70 70's. friday beautiful and nice 70s once again the most important
