that brought in the wet weather, yesterday. that is where it is coming from but it looks like it will hold off here through the morning drive for the most part, probably no earlier then 9:00 a.m. give or take, our far western suburbs seeing this pick up in the form of showers, maybe locally steady rain, and maybe a thunder storm. wind speed are very, very light, that too is going to change as this wind turns more northwesterly, meanwhile, we will take an exact same location, flip it the temperatures talking lower 60's at the airport but a lot cooler in allentown, reading, trenton, even ac only in the 50's this morning but as the day progresses expect some sun for majority of the the day, however those showers move in by midday, meisha. >> all right, thank you. good morning, everyone, if you are just waking up with us, so happy you are here, we are seeing crews out there, feeling like construction this morning but it looks like it is starting to get cleared out of our way. we have it here, 95 south atwood haven road that right lane compromised and from eastbound woodhaven road on to i-95 those cones are still in

place as well. overall just construction there to be thinking but this look looks 95 south, right lane was block, off ramp to street road was closed as well. we will let you know when this completely clears but it is getting picked upright now. construction here, route 202 both directions between 401 and route 30 that left lane is block in each direction. i will let you know when that clears. you can see them here. also, some mercon trucks delaware, 495 northbound between 12th street and edgemore road, two left lanes are block and that will be block until around 7:00 a.m. so make note of that as well, jim, over to you. well, new this morning a shooting outside of the montgomery county mcdonald's leaves one person dead. >> "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live with the very latest, jan, what can you tell us. >> reporter: well, brooke and jim people are being very tight-lipped about this one this morning. i was able to speak to someone living nearby and he said he heard gunfire overnight but didn't see anything. a little bit later a man was

shot to death in this mcdonald's parking lot in norristown, this was a very disturbing scene, the 200 block of west main street, it is mcdonald's connected to the gas station at corner of west main and 202. now police have the entire gas station, taped off until about 4:30 this morning. the investigators had been speaking to several people inside for some time and now we are told they are still conducting interviews. earlier this morning you could see they were around back near the drive through of that mcdonald's where this man likely where he was found around 11:30 last night. investigators spent time putting down yellow evidence markers and processing the entire scene back there. are in is town police is investigating but they have not released much information. they will only say they are investigating a shoot ago the this location and that man's body was found around back near the drive through, overnight, with multiple gunshot wounds. at this time there is no description of the suspect, there is no motive for the shooting, we are working to get more information and we

suspect who shot at a driver during the morning rush on i-95. it happened around 6:30 yesterday morning. state police say suspect was driving aggressively and pulled up alongside a driver near the girard point bridge. he pulled out a gun and fired off a shot. the victim was able to safely pull off the road and call 911. >> he is okay, obviously. he was scared initially because he could have lost his life, he could have lost his life, he could have crash, other people could have crashed. >> the suspect is described as a black male 30 to 40 years old with the goat tea. police say his car was an early 2,000 model chevy impala or malibu with weathered black paint. right now philadelphia police are trying to track down a prisoner who escaped from a hospital in kensington last night. hasan milk california ran away from the episcopal hospital on lehigh avenue just after 9:00 o'clock. he was there with workers from the halfway house, when he got away from them all. we're told mikhail is wearing a gps ankle monitor, we have

just check and philadelphia police say they are still searching for him. a five-year old boy is recovering this morning in the hospital after he was hit by a stray bullet while inside of his chester home. relatives shared this video of mark andrews junior from his hospital bed. child's mother said she was cooking before 11:00 when a drive by shooting erupted outside his home. mark was hit as he and his family tried to take cover on the floor the he said mom i'm shot, but my kid, high school are my honor roll student they don't have any trauma like this. >> reporter: police have in the the released a motive for shooting or description of the suspect. pizza delivery man is recovering from the execution style ambush in southwest philadelphia. police say the man was approached by, two suspects on 57th and beaumont street. police forced him to drive a few blocks away where they

garbage truck on monday. she managed to survive after someone put her in a sealed trash bag. providence animal center named kitten grindota, she's new looking for a new home. listen up, meisha. humane society officers try to figure out who tossed her in the garbage. this is a sad story out of michigan, five bike riders were killed after a driver plowed right into them. authorities say they had been searching for the driver of the pickup truck after getting many concerned calls just minutes before he crashed near a park, in the western part of the state. eyewitnesses say they rush out of their homes after hearing a loud bang. >> all i her was a pop and a big crash noise. >> the dude swerved over, almost ran over my foot, i stepped back, and i turnaround before i could say watch out to the bikers, and it happened. >> four other cyclist were seriously hurt. names have the victims have not been release yet but they

are all adults. the driver has been arrested. well, an attempted kidnap inner florida is stopped in the act and it is all caught on camera. take a look at this disturb surveillance video that shows 30 year-old craig, dragging the 13 year-old girl through a dollar general store when her mother hangs on to try to stop him. fortunately an off-duty deputy was outside and stopped her from getting away. neighbors are disturb by the incident. >> child maine lester somebody that deserves to be put away. >> there wouldn't have been any doubt i would have thrown myself on anybody and now i guess i have to be prepared to do that. >> just crazy. >> no one was injured from the incident, authorities do not know why he was after the girl, he is not a registered sex offender but he has had many arrests in the past. >> that is hard to watch. flooding from tropical storm colin forced 30 families from their mobile home in largo, florida. it went as high as waist deep

we are expect to go see some showers, but possibly a rumble of thunder, localized downpour. there is a possibility that we will see some small hail out of anything that fires up here. just a possibility but it is still there. so we will to have keep an eye on. that we will talk timing in a second. colin, nice distant memory at this point. that went right out to sea. it left behind flooding in its wake off to the south but we are not even having to deal witt indirectly thankfully. lets talk about this disturbance, shall we. through the million-dollar will of the morning through the typical morning rush hour we should be rain free but wind will begin to kick up, i would say 9:00 to 3:00 or so is the window you'll see rain pushing through. notice it at least project it could be locally heavy. and then by the time kid are out of school this is long gone and we are going to start to see things clear out nicely for high pressure which will hook us up with nice weather here. both thursday and friday for that matter. so it is looking good to round

out rest of our week. nothing but sunshine. we will lose that breeze by friday. that is my personal favorite of the next five days. meanwhile temperature change is drastically cooler by comparison. notice that the second you walk outside the door. temperatures have dropped to ten to 15 degrees, by comparison to yesterday, at this same time. the 49 in mount pocono. only 58 in ac right now but we do expect to rebound to a cooler by comparison, 73 at best, with the wind, noticeable as well and then thursday, friday, the slow rebound, happening and we are back to seasonal this weekend. meisha? >> all right, katie, thank you. good morning, if you are just waking up with us road are looking pretty good. would i say they are still dry right now as you can see but we are still looking at construction that is just trying to push out of other way. what we are looking the at is i-95 south, taillights moving in the southbound direction right there and atwood haven road that right lane is still compromised because of construction there and eastbound woodhaven road on to i-95, use all of these to back out of this. you can also see the cones there blocking some of that but the crews are out there trying to get this out, so
