"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo joins us live at the scene with a description of the car they are looking for right now. jan? >> look rag looking for older model mini-van, perhaps, silver or white, likely ten, 15 years old, and likely this morning, has front end damage and windshield damage. meantime it looks like this pedestrian did everything right here overnight. we are toll she was in that

crosswalk crossing with the signal when she was hit. sadly she was pronounced dead here overnight, since then, police have been interviewing witnesses and searching for the hit-and-run driver. evidence every powerful crash in the lawncrest section of philadelphia, police say young woman in her late teens, early 20, a crossing here late last night when a driver hit her and kept going. >> she was hit with such impact it caused her body to travel about 200 feet north after being struck, the victim in the outer northbound lanes walking in the crosswalk with the green light on her telephone at the time, police say mini-van struck her traveling northeast on adams, her body rolled on to the hood of the vehicle. >> when she got hit the impact caused her to come out of her footwear, both of her slippers, are still on the highway. her cell phone, which she had in her hand, is broken, and also on the scene, and the

earrings she was wearing were actually torn from her ears. >> witnesses say the vehicle was traveling faster than the 40-mile per hour speed limit. they describe it as white or silver van. probably ten, 15 years old, and likely, with front end damage, and windshield damage. police say it is only matter of time before they catch up with the driver. >> they have to turn themselves in. >> weaver description of the vehicle, we have witnesses. >> and the accident investigation district now doing complete investigation. as for this victim, her body was taken to the medical examiners office, for autopsy, she has not yet been identified, police say, there was no id found on her overnight. reporting in lawncrest, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news", nicole, brooke, back into you. >> jan, thanks so much. another fatal accident this one involving a bike and a car. police say a bike rider was killed after being struck in pennsauken camden county

around 10:30 last night. chopper three over the scene on route 130 south here at north park drive, still wait to go hear from police, if the driver stopped at that scene. >> new this morning, crash along south street sends four pedestrians to the hospital. three men and a woman suffered minor injuries. when a car jumped a curb and hit a hoagie shop near third and south about 1:00 this morning. police are interviewing the 21 year old driver and her passenger, but, say, it does not a poor drugs or alcohol played a role. >> feds now label the gunman who shot 49 people to death in orlando in orlando night club home-grown extremist. omar mateen may have visit the pulse before the massacre. they say mateen was clearly rail callized at least partially through the internet. the white house says president obama will travel to orlando thursday to pay respect to the victims. authority have now identified all 49 people who were killed of the 53 other who were hurt, 34 are still in the hospital.

involved. take a look at this, i'm going to show you a back up camera in a moment. again the schuylkill eastbound before girard. see penndot whipping the camera around, showing you what's going on, we have so much going on here, first multiple vehicles, then the flashing lights, then you have all of these people out of vehicles, so many vehicles involved. that we have so many people now walking around the interstate. so, avoid this area if at all possible. i'm going to show you a back up camera. take a look at this, looking just like parking lot. nobody is moving, maybe a snail crawl trying to exchange lanes, but, with all of those people out on the interstate walking around it, doesn't matter they'll pull up to it, hit someone else's bumper. so it sounds like it might have been little bit after domino effect which is why we have so many vehicles involved, if can you take kelly drive or mlk, you certainly want to do so. you will be sitting in this for quite some time. if you are just thinking about going out, there and you can wait, altogether, just wait until it clears, otherwise take alternate route for sure. admiral wilson boulevard eastbound right lane do have
