yesterday afternoon. her mom and three year old sister were at home at the time. the girl was pronounced dead at the hospital. police are still investigating. >> a funeral will take place later this morning, local 18 year old killed until the orlando night club shooting. taking place at eight monumental church and her funeral at 10:00. murray is graduate of west catholic high school. sadly she was killed during the mass shooting at the gay night club in orlando back on june 12th. >> aclu of pennsylvania is suing the city of philadelphia over its refusal to issue march permit during the democratic national convention. the poor people's economic is human rate campaign plan to march during rush hour from city hall to the wells fargo center down broad street next month. they applied for march permit, but the city's denied the application siting interferance with traffic and conflicts with another event. >> governor wolf's offers says no decision has been made yet on whether to call a special election to fill the vacated seat of congressman chaka

>> those storms were exactly the same system that affected us yesterday. we got just glancing blow from the same storm, but yes, those thunderstorms were vicious. just off to the south, through the southern portion of the delmarva peninsula, maryland, virginia, again got to dealt with glancing blow out of that, still lingering showers popping up here through the southern most branch of the area. delaware, southern new jersey, getting hit with that, the rest every us can basically say okay, you're done with the system, but the front itself is actually still drawing itself off to the south, here, so back toward tennessee, portions of north carolina, still finding some lingering showers at this point. but this is a transition day for our area. as we start to really see things clear out, we are actually finding some vast difference, when it comes it dew point temperatures. in other words, the moisture content in the air. remember, this is your benchmark for wet whether it feels humid outside. very important number in the summertime, when you are above 65 or so, you feel that humidity, and you definitely feel the humidity still in philadelphia. it is down right soupy this morning in dover.
