i'm's brooke thomas. we will get to weather and traffic in a minute but first terror in turkey. three suicide bombers opened fire inside istanbul's airport. they killed dozens, and hurt american 140 others, and then blew themselves up. >> tina krause is live from london with the late the on the investigation, good morning, tina. >> reporter: jim and brooke good morning. americans in the terminal at the time are describing a horrific scene as they heard gunfire and then explosions and hid, waiting for the terror to end. this video posted on social media appears to show moment one of the explosions, tore through turkey's largest airport on tuesday. shortly before the blast turkish officials say assailants armed with ak-47 opened fire at entrance of the international terminal. this this footage appears to show an officer taking one of them down moments before the suspect blew himself up. outside of the airport frantic passengers ran to safety as

emergency crews rushed into help the wounded. >> one guy had holes in his back from shrapnel, from glass. >> reporter: others rush to a nearby hospital where victims were being treated. this turkish man was desperate looking for his mother. distraught relatives were behind him. while there has been no claim of responsibility federal officials tell cbs news that the incident has all of the hallmarks of an isis attack. speaking from aspen secretary of state john kerry says attacks like these are a sign of the militant group getting weaker. >> we have to get it right 24/7, 365, they have to get it right for ten minutes or one hour. if you are desperate and know you are losing and you know you want to give up your life then obviously you can do some harm. >> reporter: officials in turkey are an "s" ising damage at the airport as investigation continues to unfold. the devastation at istanbul's

airport comes three months after the deadly isis attack in belgium's capitol. at brussels airport two suicide bombers blew themselves up back in march at check in counters killing first 16 people. jim and brooke. >> now tina didn't u.s. issued a renewed travel warning to avoid southeastern turkey. >> reporter: they did just two days ago, a public warning that terrorist groups both foreign and domestic were seeking to attack americans. the as of right now no american u.s. citizens are confirmed, to be casualties in these attacks. >> thanks very much, tina for that update. u.s. airports increased security following the attack in istanbul. >> at philadelphia international airport "eyewitness news" talk to pass evening hours were not in istanbul but had been overseas. one had to go through extra layers of security. >> just makes me really nervous, it could happen anywhere or anytime. i was glad to have the extra security.

>> it happened right outside an apartment complex. "eyewitness news" reporter jan carabao is live with the very latest, jan, what can you tell us. >> reporter: brooke and jim, i can tell thaw we have confirmed that the man who was assaulted overnight here in camden was an on duty cabdriver taken to the hospital we're told in pretty bad shape after being stabbed on the job. camden county police are not releasing much information but he is at cooper under going treatment. take a look at the video this was the scene earlier this morning where that stabbing victim was fun just after midnight his cab ended up here in the parking lot of the apartment at state and north front street. an ambulance was called to that location but when medics arrived the victim had been taken to the hospital. his company five star cab says the taxi wases in service and driver was on duty at the time of the a all the but cab company is not releasing any other information this morning. thirty lease are investigating trying to figure out exactly

following a fiery crash between two freight trains in texas. >> woman capture the collision on cell phones. it happened yesterday morning in the town of panhandle near amarillo. one worker from the train is okay but eyewitnesses describes what she saw. >> i saw the train coming my way. that was when i got the phone call that i needed to go ahead and leave. >> investigation is underway to determine if positive train control was used. the that is new technology that can automatically stop a train before a collision. wild weather in denver fast moving storms, dumped

this is causing visibility issues for some in certain area. no rhyme or reason but boulevard is experiencing it right now and it has been for quite sometime. jumping on the schuylkill westbound this is what you are looking at there. not so much fog, just dealing with the normal delays here. it is looking busy once you jump on the schuylkill westbound at city avenue. earlier on the eastbound side not as congested as westbound side. right now we are in longer traveling at posted speed and no more than 20 miles an hour in this stretch. we are seeing more and more break lights there. ninety-five south at cottman another hot spot for us, you can see coming around making your way in center city looking very busy here a lot of vehicles on the roadways. we can expect that right around 6:30. this will heat up, pretty quickly. ben franklin bridge for those in new jersey coming in center city we are looking good pushing in the west bun direction. media elwyn line is busing

welcome back. funeral services are scheduled for friday for former eagles head sketch buddy ryan. ryan died yesterday in kentucky where he raised horses after his nfl career. he coached the eagles for three seasons in the 80's, he won super bowls as a coach with the 1969 jets, and coordinator with the 85 chicago bears. ryan left an impression on philadelphia sport that resonates to this day. the voice of the eagles merrill reese remembered ryan well. >> buddy was tough, pump out his chest and just give you the upper lip and go at it. he was a heck of a coach, inspirational his players loved him. >> buddy a's sons are coaches too you know this, of course, his son rex is head coach of the buffalo bills and his son ron is defensive coach with the bills. buddy ryan was 85. a ban using drones in
