philly, low 70s down the shore, but cooler to the north and west, and 60s in allentown, and even some 50's this morning, in the poconos. dew point on the rise big time over the last 24 hours, and what's that mean? steamy day as we head into the second half of the day. dew points climbing up into the middle 60s, even potentially near 07 degrees. so steamy to oppressive comfort index for our friday, and storm scan3 showing us those storms that have since rolled off shore, that did impact part of cape may at atlantic county earlier in the day. clouds across most of the area, the trends the first half of the day, 82 degrees by the lunch hour, steam factor in full effect specially headed into the afternoon, by the 3:00 hour, meisha, see scattered storms, starting to fire up, and in a few of those could be on the stronger side, slight risk of severe weather across the delaware valley today. i'll talk poor about the timing on those storms coming up in just a couple of minute.

now, the city's main casino workers union, that's local 54, says it was unable to reach an agreement with trump taj mahal late last night. taj mahal is the only one of five casinos here that was unable to reach a new deal on thursday, the union struck deals with bally's ceasar's, harrah's being tropicana. now the taj mahal owned by carl icon. he kept the taj mahal afloat during bankruptcy in march, repeatedly however threatened to take away financial sport and allowed the casino to close, forced to restore health and ben sean benefits, union has been trying to recoup some of the give-backs, it handed casinos, in past negotiations with financial conditions were worse here, four out every atlantic city 12 casinos set down in 2014, less competition, so bottom line, have started it stabilize, and workers hearsay they deserve better. >> this taj mahal did not recognize substantial contributions that the workers

even some 50's in the poconos. but yes, the mild spot this morning is along the coats, 72 degrees in ocean city. we're at 74 degrees already in rehoboth beach. >> visibility are reduce in the some areas. specially along the coast down to 5-mile visible, because we're seeing this increase in moisture at the surface, and really feeling that, as soon as you step outside in the afternoon, will be specially humid. future weather showing us the warmfront passes through, and we have that moisture in place, see some showers breaking out by midday along the coast, then scattered shower and under this many storm activity as we head into the afternoon hours. rolling it way eastbound in association with the frontal boundery but as we head into the fourth of july weekends, looking much better mainly dry conditions during the daytime hours, we'll have to watch out for an evening thunderstorm, in the city, very isolated in nature but again that could be timing with the fireworks so something we have to keep an eye on, on the four, no problems in the poconos, just tons of sunshine and storms

busy holiday season, july 4th, big day for them, amongst the busiest of the year for casinos here. now, the city's main casino workers union local 54 of united hearsays it was unable to reach an agreement with taj mahal late last night. trump taj mahal is only one of five casinos here, that was able to reach a knee deal. thursday the union struck deals with bally's, ceasar's, bally's, tropicana. taj mahal owned by carl icahn. he took over in march, threatened though to take away financial support and allow the casino to close, health and pension benefits, union on the other hands has been trying to recoup some of the give backs, tax negotiation when is financial conditions were worse here, you can see, liver out here on scene, it is very loud, they're fired up, it is unclear if taj mahal will have managers work or if temporary workers will be brought in. but the casino tells us, this will not affect gambling. last time this union went on
