215-765-9040. other news a 16-year-old girl is the latest victim of gun violence. >> her family says she was hit by a stray bullet in juniata. jan carabeo bow is live at saint christopher's. you talked to someone who knows the girl? >> reporter: brook and jim, that's right. we talked to the family and a family friend just outside of saint christopher's hospital this morning. they tell us the 16-year-old was shot in the leg, treated here but already been released this morning, they say s, of course, she is shaken up, they're seeking justice, investigators believe the 16-year-old is an innocent bystander. making her had the third teenager. this happened just before 11:00 last night at the intersection of o and lycoming street. the teenager was walking home with her aunt and four-year-old

little cousin at the time. they say the victim saw a group of guys doing drugs. then saw one of them with a gun. scared, she grabbed her four-year-old cousin and ran but before she knew it, the 16-year-old was shot. we're told the teen found a family nearby and helped her call police. in the meantime, a 23-year-old man was driven to area frankford hospital shot in the chest. he was later transferred to area torresdale in critical condition. it is unclear this morning if he will survive. police say he may have been the intended target of the shooting. right now, east detectives are investigating. they have no had motive for the shooting and they have no good description of the suspect. only to say they're looking for a man. >> preliminary information is it this 16-year-old female who was shot in the leg is an innocent victim who was struck by stray gunfire. >> i want justice for her. i don't want -- i don't want no danger for anybody. violence needs to stop because this is just -- it's too much. in one week, three teenagers is

philadelphia marching for justice and an end to police shooting, at one point they blocked the vine street expressway. police had to make several arrests. the demonstration was one of many nationwide other the death of alton sterling. he was shot and killed by police tuesday in baton rouge. now, the justice department is investigating this. the department is promising a fair, thorough impartial investigation. he was killed in an officer involve shooting captured on video. sparked protests and outrage throughout the country. we will have more coming up at 5:30. bill cosby back to court in montgomery county this afternoon. cosby attorney argue the entertainer's due process rights were violated when he was unable to confront his accuser at his preliminary hearing in may. they say he should have been given a new hearing and constand should be forced to take the stand. cosby is charged with giving constand pills at his cheltenham
