is not this part of the commute that's seeing problems, it is the morning rush. >> so, we have to wait to see how the morning commute developed. but starting today, septa regional rail is operating on an interim weekday schedule. septa is adding trains, and stops, and departure times are just as likely, as women. changes are possible through leased point from amtrak, nj transit and mark in maryland. septa now has access to three additional locomotives, 18 more passenger cars, added capacity will hopefully provide relief to riders who have been very frustrated tore about a week now dealing with crowded cars, delays, and trains, septa still figuring out how to bring those 120 side lined silver liner five rail cars back to service, they of course were taken offer the rales because of structural defect with them about 13,000 seat.

the westbound and eastbound directions, those of us that take the vine waking to up good news if you ask me, blue route, tail light moving in the southbound direction at route one, looking good, both moving in the southbound and northbound side of the blue route. so looking good anywhere on the blue route right now, start to see the change, and delaware county looks like we have some activity pulled off to the shoulder there. moving in the northbound direction, 95 north at 452, looking good all the way through that area. now we do have an accident, pull your attention to this, this is in west philly. sixty at market street, probably our third accident of the morning incident of the morning. also, downed light pole in old city, fourth street block both directions between arch and market. brooke, back over to you. >> thanks, meisha a group of young girls are helping the dallas police department with hundreds of dollars, they raised on their own. >> they did it by setting up old-fashioned lemonade stands in northwest dallas. dozen came by to quench their thirst and to support a good cause, one of the girls who organized the stands talks about how the idea came about.
