late last night. now, the three teenagers involved had just left a game, now one of those teenagers, 15 year old boy, will never make it home. police are is her clinic for a kill they are morning after triple shooting in southwest philadelphia leaves two teenagers injured, and a third teenager dead. all had just come from a basketball league game at 61st street and baltimore avenue. >> we know there are a lot of people out here. we know this is a good basketball program. >> detective are hoping the possible witness cans help track down the shooter. police say every the basketball games ended around 10:00, the teenagers 14, 15, and 16, walkies on baltimore. when they encountered group of males at edgewood street. one of those guys police say had a gun and for some reason opened fire on the teens. police believe the boys were targeted, but don't yet know why. >> just looks like kids caring something from a neighborhood here, and just had an opportunity to go after these young men who were leaving the court and took an opportunity to shoot them, which is unacceptable. >> the 14 year old was hit in

the arm, the 16 year old hit in the ankle, and the 15 year old boy was shot in the face. they were all taken to presbyterian hospital, the 15 year old was eventually pronounced dead. tuesday morning, southwest detective searched the shooting scene for clues. a scene, not even a block away, from where teenagers at one point were having a good time playing basketball. >> popular program, works well in the community, and we just need the public's help to get this individual off the street. >> now the two teenagers who were shot and injured are currently in stable condition. southwest detectives are now investigating, but they don't have good description of the suspect, they just say, one is a male 5-foot 9 inches tall wearing white t-shirt and black shorts, the other male wearing a red shirt with a bandana over his face. anyone with information is asked to call police. we are reporting live outside southwest detective this morning, jan carabeo, cbs-3, "eyewitness news", jim, brooke, back into you. >> meanwhile, in other news, word this morning of a threat
