422 ease pound off ramp to 202 and schuylkill pull off to the shoulder but that is now just getting cleared out of the way. speaking of 422, construction eastbound between oaks and first avenue that right lane compromised because of that construction. the it is still out there look at this pennsylvania turnpike eastbound between new jersey turnpike connection bridge that right lane is blocked. of course, i'll let you know as we go through the morning as it cleared. and, that right lane is also blocked, jim, over to you. temple university has taken the first step to fire its president. >> word of director took a vote of no confidence in neil they bold, why they blame him for a removal of the top school official and 22 million-dollar in the financial aid budget. game gave him an opportunity to resign. he refused. so, the board scheduled a formal vote to fire him next thursday. so far no comment from temple officials. in other news, hundreds gather 259 vigil for a teenager kill on the

basketball court in southwest philadelphia. >> such a sad situation. police are still looking for his killer. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live with the latest on the investigation good morning, justin. >> reporter: brooke and jim, good morning. homicide detectives are asking for the public's help as they focus their search for a killer, they say that this killer is likely also a teenager angry over a recent basketball game loss. lets go to video closing out one of two vigils held yesterday, balloon release for the 15 year-old victim, tah ir barnes, many having grief over the loss. gunfire came just after 10:00 o'clock on monday night as barnes and his friend were leaving the basketball game around 60th and ball more avenue. detectives report at least ten shots fired and they are calling it an ambush. a parentally, the neighborhood basketball game, win over a rival team last week.

the close win resulting in an earlier fight, involving barnes his teammates and that rival team. now after that monday night gunfire, barnes, who was shot in the face and those two other teens were taken to the presbyterian where he died a short time later among grieving at the vigil barnes mother, urging anyone with any information to come forward. >> they know who they are. you know you will be out here and i cannot identify you but we will find you. justice will be served. i pray for everybody out there if you know something, say something. >> reporter: and back live, homicide detective are echoing barnes mother request for tips. tahir's family said he finish his first year at boys latin of philadelphia and spent his free time spending basketball and making music.

thanks for staying with us. after a slight delay construction in love park in center city is moving along. crews started demolishing the parkas part of the 16.5 million-dollar renovation project. demolition was supposed to start last month but an unexpect water main that caused the delay. philadelphia's parks and recreation department says you'll see new barriers and more heavier equipment around the park. the new love park with much more green space is scheduled to open up, next springtime. well, the water off new jersey shore is a shade of blue, the atlantic ocean looks almost as clear as caribbean sea because of a tiny plant, organism, called planning ton, a satellite capture the phenomenon, cool ocean water is fueling the bloom. experts say the planning ton is often harmless and important food source for marine life.

a philadelphia with man is celebrating an important milestone, 105 years in the making. >> is there no signs she's slowing down. "eyewitness news" reporter david spunt, introduces us to the woman. >> i don't feel like 105. >> she loves life and lives witt a smile on her face. she has been smiling since she was born. >> usually people say you look great for your age. >> reporter: born in june 1911, white grew up in chicago before moving to ohio, and then philadelphia where she has been for more than 80 years. she loves this city. >> i have seen all kind of things. >> reporter: white was a nurse and her memory goes back almost an entire century. she remembers hearing about war when she was a little girl, world war one that is, white also toll us several times, one of her clearest memories is of chicago gangster al capone.

as awe approach 295. i will say for being early not even in the 5:00 o'clock hour you can see how many vehicles are out there. we are used to that on the 42 freeway. usually always. fifty-nine south at girard thinks what you are looking like in the southbound direction. you are looking pretty good but along 42 in new jersey you you can see how many vehicles are out there and we are not the in the 5:00 o'clock hour an indication that we might potentially, begin with. construction on 42, one lane block. thinks scheduled to open at 5:00 a.m. so in five minutes. we will see if it does indeed do so. the construction pennsylvania turnpike eastbound between neshaminy service plaza and new jersey turnpike connection bridge right lane, block we are dealing with this yesterday and dealing witt again today. make note for those in and around that area anywhere on the pa turnpike, especially 2:34:59 or 6:00 o'clock hour if it doesn't clear out of the way it could pose some problem. pennsylvania turnpike between valley hill road and downingtown that right lane is block, so overall, looking okay, we are starting to see
