roadway would not shock me whatsoever if it was monday through thursday, but on a friday morning, i would say, that that's not so much heavy, but i would say little bit heavier than what we typically see at 5:00 in the morning on a friday. the vine was closed overnight between the schuylkill and broad. eastbound just now re-opening, westbound has been open for about five to ten minutes or so, 422 westbound between 202 and trooper, whether you are looking at here, construction, flashing lights blocking the right lanement make note of that. and also in jersey 42 southbound between 295 and creek road, three lanes blocking until around 6:00 a.m. inbetween 130, one, two lanes blocked until around 6:00 a.m. jim, over to you. >> thank you, meisha a lots of news this morning, horrific attack during celebration in france, as a truck plows through a crowd of bastille day revelers. >> it happened in the resort city of nice. this morning, more than 80 people are dead, one witness called it carnage. least two americans are among the dead. and meantime, in nice, france, search is underway to uncover if that truck driver acted alone. >> overnight, forensic teams in nice examined that bullet riddled white truck. hours before it driver killed by french police used it to mow down dozens celebrating bastille day. >> i was talking to him. i felt like some accident. he looked, because it was like. >> this so we thought, everyone thought it was an accident. >> an eyewitness was rolling as the truck gained speed and throttle down the prom made. nice resident heard screaming as crowds ran for cover. >> we look out our window off our balcony, and there were just people, you know, streaming down this pedestrian mall, and, you know, knocking over the tables of the cafe. >> hide withing other in a restaurant storage room, ben captured this video. he recalls that truck driver opening fire on spectators watching fireworks before

through yesterday, there is nothing that -- nothing really obvious when you look at the bigger picture that you can track here. but regardless, we are going to see frontal boundery stall nearby here in the days ahead, and as an area of low pressure rides along it, ups our chances once more for couple of showers or thunderstorms down the pike here. what we will face here today, the initial concern, is strictly that excessive heat. so with elevated humidity still a problem, highs back to the 90s, will feel basically anywhere between this range, 97 to 103. yesterday was the worse, but i'm not saying it is much better today. so you have to take it easy for yet another day. pool great place to go. latter on the sun block, with full sunshine today, and no hint every thunderstorms, it will be a sizzler, and it is definately one of the days where you have to be bewaring adequate spf. ninety tomorrow. another hot one, slightly less humid sunday, but certainly not cool by any stretch, still upper 80s for the second half of the weekend, meisha. >> still very warm, katie,

thank you so much. good morning, everyone, and happy friday to you. taking a look at the schuylkill eastbound, so this is the schuylkill eastbound, the ramp then to the vine closed this morning, for overnight construction, but again, that's now also been cleared. the vine anywhere on the vine right now looking at good, westbound, eastbound, looking nice there. also good on the schuylkill, you can see already in the 5:00 hour, in just the top of the 5:00 hour talking about how many vehicles we can see there already out on the schuylkill. indicator of things to come? i don't know. we will see. 202 northbound, and southbound, between route 30 and route 401, this was compromised, right lane compromised because of construction, overall looking good there, pull your attention to this absolutely stunning sky, just take a moment, just take one moment, of gratitude, for that thing. because that's beautiful. 422 westbound between 202 and trooper, you are still dealing with some construction right there. that right lane is still compromised. overall when we see the congest ten levels around there, not much. overall looking good there.
