powerful storms that swept through part of our region. >> it was red you why. jan carabeo live at swiss farms in havertown, we understanded a landmark was damaged. jan? >> reporter: brooke, jim, good morning, that's right, a lot of clean up ahead here, and a lot of power crews going around trying to get everyone back on line. you can see here, liver on the scene, that this fast moving storm toppled trees, and utility polls, and right her at this swiss farms on eagle road, the symbol of this store that stood here for 40 years came crashing down. all that's left of the swiss farms silo on eagle road in haverford are broken pieces of wood. the 40-foot structure, that stood here for decades, shattered when strong winds and heavy rain blew through delaware county on monday. >> pretty devastating. and after 40 years, it is casino of sad, but now we'll have next four years with a new one. >> swiss farm ceo pledges to rebuild the store's symbols. employees are just happen now

convention. baggage handlers, cabin cleaners, wheelchair attendant, other employees, demanding 15-dollar per hour starting wage, and union workers. they hope arriving dnc delegates will embrace their cause should they walk out. >> well, developing this morning, a corrections officer and a prisoner are both dead following an altercation at the luzerne county correctional facility in wilkes-barre, authorities not saying what type of altercation occurred monday evening, officials identified the inmate as 27 year old tracey gilliam, who is behind bars for failing to register as a sex offer ender. now, the person is still on lock-down, luzerne county district attorney and the state police are investigating. >> meanwhile, a federal judge says a lawsuit filed by bill cosby against the national inquirer and others can proceed, just not all of it. cosby claimed andrea constand, who accuses him after 2004 sexual assault, constand's mother and the national enquirer and other violated confidential settlement

should stay to the south and west but a lot of clear skies out toward pittsburgh, full sunshine for later this morning into the afternoon. shore forecast, again, clearing skies, it will be breezy at times, 84 degrees, that's comfortable. ocean water has taken another hit down to 66 degrees at atlantic city, that's typical when you get the southwest wind, pushes warm surface water back out to sea replaced by colder water beneath, give it another day or so should warm back up. today upper 80s, tonight comfortable, 50's in some outside suburbs, outside philadelphia, so you can open up the windows, then tomorrow noticeably cooler, low and mid eight 80s for the high temperatures, actually few gross below average. so, enjoy today, less humid, sunny, 88 degrees, tonight, we go 66 for the city. 50's out in the suburbs, clear, comfortable, tomorrow pretty much calling it practically perfect for the month every july. low how many i i had at this, breezes on loot i had zoom check out extended forecast, nice stretch of weather low humidity, still warm, friday
