experts at children's hospital of philadelphia came up with a way to make life lessons fun. >> eighteen year-old williams is making a fruit smoothie learning how to cook healthy and helping her stay alive. >> if i eat, too much salt or have too much to drink i get bloated. i end up in the hospital. >> reporter: she has kidney disease and need a transplant. the she's part of the week long cooking camp for teens with kidney disease. >> i learned a lot,. >> we have all have of our dry ingredient here. >> reporter: chefs from the restaurant school teach kidney patients how things like herbs can be used for flavoring instead of salt, sodium and others minerals can be dangerous. nina foster business the department at chop that organizes a camp for their young patients. >> they talk about who has what and that is just part of getting to know each other but kind of being supportive of each other here.

3 inches of rainfall incredible for a short period of time but now all is quiet with the exception of the few showers working themselves up from the poconos down to the lehigh valley. very small in size and light in intensity. couple drip drops right there around parts of the lehigh valley but we are still feeling the moisture but we are not seeing moisture. dew points in the upper 60's to near 70 degrees. we will have muggy conditions overnight tonight partly cloudy staying dry in the city, humid conditions with that low of 73 degrees. and then tomorrow first part of the day will be dry part of the day and then areas of rain and then are storms develop in the second half of the day high temperature at the 85 and future weather will show us a a dry overnight per, dry start to the day, certainly some cloud, maybe breaks of sunshine until midday and we will get that convection going with the heat of the day. weather system off to the south providing a lift as we head in the afternoon and evening hours areas of heavy rainfall strong thunderstorms possible. quiet down late tomorrow night
