>> it was the worse hot air balloon crash in us history. matt specialize in the burned treatment research for the army, skip nichols at the controls when the balloon plunged to the ground near austin, steve had previously flown with nicole twice before, he said nichols was passionate about flying. >> he just came off as like, you know, your uncle, your good buddy, uncle, who is going to take care every you. >> human error is something investigators say they'll consider as they try to determine what went wrong. the deflated balloon was found three quarters after mile from the gondolla. >> our mission to find out what happened, so that we can keep it from happening again. >> power lines are all around this area. the ntsb says the balloons maintenance history and cell phone video will be important clues in the investigation. >> there is physical evidence to indicate that the balloons or some component of the balloon hit the wires themselves. >> officials also recovered more than dozen electronic devices, but it is not clear how useful they will be. they say some were destroyed.

reporting clouds this morning, with the low clouds, and little bit of fog around, 72 out in nottingham, chester county at fran's house, we go into south jersey pretty mild this hour. at john carol's 75 degrees, in mullica hill, again, mostly cloudy skies, so you get the idea. so clouds this morning, should see few peaks of sunshine, coming in, later this afternoon, but that's just going to bring a risk for a shower or maybe even a thunderstorm. slow moving storm. so dropping a lot of rain. good thing is most of these should not be severe. we do have one thunderstorm right now ocean county slowly moving off the coast, but yesterday, same issue. some areas just south of toms river, burkely township picking up 6 inches every rain yesterday morning, this area does not need rain. everybody else dry. looking pretty good for the most part this morning, just the afternoon we have to keep a heads up. yesterday we did hit 90 degrees in philadelphia. that made it 16 days for the month of july, 09 or higher. so far this season 24, the season until average 23, already above that, last year, throughout the season we had
