little bit today. you will feel the difference, gets real nice wednesday. flashflood watch actually ended out earlier, it has now been canceled, that's a good thing, you need to see most of the radar now pretty quiet. we did have brief heavier showers over parts of cecil county maryland, few hours ago, but that's about it, still left over with clouds across parts of the delaware valley should give way to some sunshine, so pretty mild this morning, waking up to 73 degrees at the airport in philadelphia, 72 allentown and just like yesterday, pretty much everyone generally dealing with the same numbers at this hour, couple of upper 60s, willow grove, doylestown. dew point temperatures looking little better compared to yesterday. they were well to the 70s, now starting to see mid 60s show up into the lehigh valley, berks county, it indicates the drier, less humid air mast that is starting to filter on in, you should begin to file the difference throughout the day today. look at the high temperatures being only lower 080's due to clouds, nice easterly breeze over the water, keeps us below average, at the shore high near 80 degrees, can't, rule

out maybe stray shower or under this earl storm later on today, but i think most areas stay dry. so looking pretty comfortable over the next few days, wily bring back some heat later in the forecast, we'll talk about that in just a bit. let's hit the road with meisha. >> justin, thank you, good morning to you. the late says lot of construction, good morning everyone, happy tuesday to you. the vine is closed for that construction between the schuylkill and broad. you can see westbound, eastbound, still closed, ill of course update you, let you know as soon as that opens. make note now that the dnc is out of here vine construction back for business. construction here, 202 southbound between route 29 and route 30, in the northbound side, it is route 30 and 401. two right lanes on the southbound side. one right lane on the northbound side. this is actually a project that started in 2013. this is between route 401 and route 30. the good news for those of in you and around this area it will be completely ending by the end of this work week. we're hearing maybe around friday morning. so great news for those of in you and around the area, make

note for this morning, construction still out there. construction 95 north the off ramp to cottman now since cleared, looking good, construction delaware 95 north between 295 and 495, three lanes block until 5:00 a.m., jim, over to you. >> thank you, meisha a preliminary hearings scheduled today for the trio charged after 12 girls were found in the man's feasterville home. >> investigators say, daniel and stayvilla, gift dollars their 14 year old daughter to lee kaplan in he can change for helping them pay off a debt. "eyewitness news" reporter justin fin itch live in feasterville with the story. good morning, justin. >> reporter: brooke, jim, good morning. facing the most charges that lee kaplan, the man authority say fathered three children with a minor, that minor's parents also in court this morning, and all three adult now facing felony charges. the accused are lee kaplan, age 351, eight felonies, two misdemeanors including several count every sex assault,

unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and corruption of minors. his bail is set at $1 million. cap hand set to have fathered two children with a now 18 year old woman, the daughter of daniel and stayvilla of lancaster county, couple gifted their daughter to kaplan as payment for a debt, something the pair say they researched on line, they were unaware was illegal. daniel charged with conspiracy, sex assault, endangerment welfare after child, his daughter also faces felony felony end danger charge. in june police were kipped off at child abuse at feasterville host, 400 block of old york road. inside they found 12 girls ranking in age from six months old to teenage, and at the time police found no birth or school records for any of those children. now, back out live, police telling us the children did not appear to be malnourished.

all three defendant are due here at the lower southampton courthouse later this afternoon. we'll be here live outside the courthouse, justin finch, "eyewitness news", back to you. >> thank up, justin. stay with "eyewitness news" for continuing coverage on this story, when we're not on tv you can always fine the latest on our website cbsphilly.com. authorities are trying to find the cause of a fire at a bucks county strip mall, that took firefighters three hours to get the flames under control. the fire started around 5:00 monday night at grove supply incorporated. bathroom fixture retailer in the 600 block of north main street in doylestown. smoke bill owed into the sky, and could be seen for miles. firefighters were called in for nearby town, and eventually crews placed the fire under control, just after 8:00. three people were transported to the hospital. there is no word on the extent of the injuries. >> sadly, a five year old boy from our area is dead this morning. he was struck by lightning on a north carolina beach. steven little of lansdowne was struck by lightning in the

outer bank where his family was vacationing. little was a member of the lansdowne swim club. we're told the family was trying to get out of the storm and into their suv when it happened. the boy's parent in the the ambulance halfway, but he was pronounced dead at the hospital. >> now, to the latest in campaign 2016. a new cbs news poll shows hillary clinton leading donald trump by seven points. >> clinton received a four-point bump in the wake of the democratic national convention. trump was in mechanics burying pennsylvania last night, spoke to packed high school gym where he ratchet dollars up his attack on clinton and blasted bernie sanders foreign doors g clinton. >> if you would have just gone done nothing, gone home, relaxed, woe have been a hero. but he made a deal with the definitely. she's the definitely. he made a deal with the devil, really. >> there were so many people in attendance, organizers had to open a spill-over room for attendees, meanwhile, hillary clinton received the a ten

>> zika virus outbreak, officials warning pregnant woman to stay away from the areas north of miami. they're also telling couples who have been in one of the areas of the wynnewood arts district to put off having children for at least two months. they're now 14 cases of locally transmitted zika in the state. >> you know, national night out gets early start in west philadelphia. the annual event bridges police and neighbors together to have fun and promote safety. department. first responders and public officials talk to people, there was also plenty to do including a tricks on a bmx bike. >> well the time now 44:44. >> justin is here with another check on your forecast. >> good morning, guys, looking little better today as far as humidity levels, it is dropping hour by hour as we head into the afternoon, will feel pretty good. later tonight and certainly tomorrow. drying out too. we have the cold front now passing by to our south, you see a lot of clear skies, north and west, central pennsylvania, that will head our way. still some showers up-state new york, but i think motion of us today stay dry. you can't rule out sprinkle or two, especially west of the city into the afternoon. but i think we're looking good as far as the outdoor plans go, definitely a go. low to mid 70s, still mild this morning, 72 newark, delaware, dover. 73 degrees at the airport in philadelphia, 69 in woodstown, seeing some 60s showing up in some of the suburbs to the north, 68 in doylestown, chaddsford also in the upper 60s, at this hour. that's where the dew point temperature is right now.

yesterday, if you were watching, we were in the low and even mid 70s, in some spots later on during the morning hours, but that's still feeling a little on the steamy side. that number will continue to lower throughout the day today. and tomorrow, call it pleasant, but humid, little on the humid side, still not bad for early august. so as we head into the afternoon, again, could be stray shower popping up, some spots, not a big deal. we will break out to little more sunshine, tonight, generally, clear skies, maybe few clouds, from time to time. and then tomorrow again mixture of sun and cloud. in the forecast, the winds direct, notice the wind flow coming off the ocean. this is out of the northeast around ten to 15 miles per hour, but it helps knock the temperatures down little bit next couple of days. sale deal on wednesday. so, expect cooler than average highs. check it out. today we will be in the low and mid 80s at best. tonight, maybe some 50's, in some of the lucky suburbs, upper 50's, in the lehigh valley, and berks county, tomorrow, kind of the same deal, low and mid 80s for the high temperature. so notice the humidity dropped today.

>> nice breeze developing out of the east northeast off the atlantic ocean, right now still on the warm side, low 70s at this hour, philadelphia, up in allentown, 71 in trenton, low 70s in south jersey, so temperatures pretty much uniform. keeping today also the humidity level will start dropping, still will feel humid but the levels are going to go down, as we go hour by hour pretty much into the afternoon. so pretty good stretch for early august, later this afternoon, certainly, tomorrow, and thursday, but it starts to kickback up on friday, with typical summer like conditions, and we are talking about 90 agree temperatures returning for the weekend. but today, sunshine, clouds, noticeable drop in the humidity, 83 for the high temperature, can rule out stray shower, thunderstorm, mainly west of the city later this afternoon, it will be comfortable later on tonight, few clouds, 68 for the city. some of the suburbs could dip down into the upper 50's, and here is the extended forecast, keep it below average tuesday and wednesday. low and mid 80s, and then thursday back up close to average, and we bump up the temperature tours close to 09
