feasterville house on old york road inside they found 12 girls, ranking in age from six months olds to teenage, and back in june, we spoke to a concerned neighbor. >> unbelievable, had no idea, because they would only let three kids out at a time. even when the detective asked me, over a year ago, what are the ages, and i said they look to be about six, nine, maybe pre adolescent, but that's weird in itself because the next time i see some kids, my ages that i thought were are different. and now i know why. because there was more than three kids there. >> and neighbors like kevin are saying for years they were concerned about that house on old york road. now those three defendants are due in this courthouse at about 2:45 this afternoon. police were unable to find any school records orbiter records for any of those children. more on that could come out later today in court as well. we are live here, southampton

two men in the lake struggling to break the car's windows. police jumped in to help and they were able to free the man with just moments to spare. >> i jumped off my machine, and i ran toward the water, took off my boot, through my wallet and phone and jumped in. >> we get paid to do this, and we'll do it, but ordinary resident risk their lives to jump in the water and help a fellow human t makes you feel good inside. >> the elderly man was rush to the hospital where he is said to be recovering, we're told it was a medical condition that caused the accident. >> the brother after pennsylvania woman, who died in a flashflood in maryland, says, she held on to a telephone pole for deer life before she was swept away. saturday, jessica of lebanon was with three relatives, just driven away from a restaurant when they were caught in the rising waters. one of the relatives was her sister-in-law. her brother, curtis, of dover, described how their car started drifting away.

>> my sister pretty much screamed: we need to get out of here now. all four managed to get out of the car. the car drifted away, and all for of them clung to a telephone pole. they were clinging to the telephone pole, the water to up their chest, and my sister, the last thing remembers, my sister said was god help us, god help us. >> three people survived, but jessica was swept away. searches found her body sunday morning, she leaves behind a ten year old daughter. >> meanwhile, a woman who was rescued from those flood waters thanks to human chain got to meet one of her saviors. >> the rescue was captured on video. jamie knight was trapped in her car. jason barnes grabbed hand with several other men to pull her out. she got to thank him personally on sunday. he said everyone there saturday was a hero. >> the decent thing to do. it is just the neighborly love is always there.

returning by the weekend. meisha, what's the latest out on the roads? >> on the roads right now, justin, starting to heat up ever so slightly, steel dealing with construction, good morning, happy tuesday, taking a look at the 42 freeway in new jersey, approaching 295, looking good. i would say fairly typical. seeing activity over here little while ago, now since cleared. so avenue all on 42, looking good, looking just as you should be looking right now. schuylkill headlights moving in the eastbound direction montgomery drive. you can see, both moving in the eastbound side, and westbound side. all lanes on the schuylkill are looking good right now, however, i will say that the eastbound side is heating up little bit quicker than the westbound side. a lot of early risers out there, we can expect that on a tuesday morning, we usually see that between monday and wednesday. vine, closed overnight for construction, between the schuylkill and broad. that's now since been cleared. so westbound side, you're looking good, eastbound side, you're also looking good. eastbound side what just opened, just about now, so for those of you waiting to get on the vine all clear. go i give you the green light
