with his family. it the is alleged monsignor william lynn buried, complaint after complaint of sexually abusive priests. philadelphia's grand jury investigations unearthed a pattern of cover up at highest reaches of the archdiocese. prosecutors say that monsignor lynn, was at the center, choosing to protect the church over children. lynn and 202 was convicted and has been serving three to six year sentence. that conviction was overturned, on tuesday, his team scored another legal victory adjudge freed him on bail, but lynn will now face retrial, a decision made by district attorney seth williams. >> he knew, and helped create the plan of what to do when someone alleged that a priest had sexually abused children. he was right at the center, he was the quarterback of that play. >> reporter: lynn's attorney thomasbergstorm says if he was convicted again he would only survey couple of months in jail. >> we all than stan that lynn never touched a kid, we all

"eyewitness news" report alexandria hoff has more on today's hearing in feasterville. >> reporter: on the stand, victim described getting to know lee kaplan, and then sexual relationship that began after her parents, quote gave her to him, as part of the business deal. >> she was in the feasterville home she shared with for nine female siblings where she gave birth to kaplan's two children. the defense argues that her parents, daniel and savilla stoltzfus did not know relationship would turn sexual and did not know that their daughter was pregnant until she gave birth to her first child at the age of 15. both parents told police that they did nothing, to end the sexual relationship at that point. lee kaplan will face several sex crime charges, daniel stoltzfus faces conspiracy to

helsberg diamond store before getting away. no one inside the mall or store were injured and it is unclear exactly what was taken away. search is on for driver wanted for a deadly hit and run crash in galloway township. crash happened late last night, on east white horse pike and sixth avenue. twenty-seven year-old aubrey service was crossing the street in the crosswalk when april suv ran a red light and hit and killed her. police think they are looking for an older model silver suv that might be a a chevy tahoe or suburban, with front end damage. trek actor anton nelson, filed a lawsuit over his death. yeltsin died in june after his jeep rolled down driveway of his l.a. home and crushed him. wrongful death suit contained that the gear select on in yeltsin car was poorly designed and manufactured. it was subject to the recall over gear shift problems. civilians and police in michigan team up to rescue an elderly man, whose car wound up in the lake. man drove his car right into lake saint claire, he was conscious but incoherent. when office's arrived they were already two men in that lake struggling to break the car's windows. police jumped in to help and they were able to free the man with just moments to spare. >> his legs were tangled inside the mechanism of the car, steering wheel. right when we got him out the car went under the good job for those involved and especially those two citizens who stepped by and help. >> reporter: medical condition

washington. i'm jessica dean. eighty-seven million-dollar is how much terminex will pay family as they continue to deal with serious health problems. steven edmond his wife teresa tea vine and their two teenage sons became seriously ill after staying at this luxury villa in the u.s. virgin island in march 2015. in the settlement announced in an earnings report terminex agrees to pay 87 million-dollar to the family after the toxic chemical methylbromide was used to spray for pests in a condo dangerously close to where the family was staying. >> terminex is on the hook for almost 90 million-dollar because they knew they shouldn't have been using this chemical and they used it anyway. >> reporter: divine is in good condition butes edmond became paralyzed soon after the incident and their two sons former athletes can barely move according to a family attorney. >> this is a highly toxic gas, that really should not be used in residential area. it is really hard for anybody to predict right now what kind

wheaton's great grandfather was part of the anglesea. in 1906 the name changed to north wildwood. he wants to change it back. >> anybody who lives in this end when is where the original village was they consider them self anglesea. >> to weeks ago he handed city council a petition with more than 100 signatures asking for a ballot referendum so voters could decide if they want to change the name. >> i asked that they not do that that they allow to us base a non-binding referendum so we can get a sense of the residents of north wildwood. >> reporter: compromise complete tuesday city council passed a a resolution for non-binding name change referendum on the november ballot. this could be the fifth new jersey town in the the last 13 years to change names. washington township in mercer county became robbinsville, dover township changed to toms river. south bellmawr became lake cuomo and west paterson became wood land park. is what the big deal. >> i will not use the word detrimental. >> reporter: greater wildwood improvement authorities
