atlantic city's history but it seems like after labor day weekend this fight will come to a close. that is when management company for trump taj mahal says the casino will close taking with it about 3,000 jobs. owner says he has lost 100 million-dollar on the taj over the last 18 months, compared that with the strike that is still going on behind me this morning and he sees no other option. now striking hospitality workers are still on the picket lines here on thursday morning, and this is, again, longest strike for these workers. they have been out here since july 1st and they are striking for restoring of the health insurance and pension benefits which were taken away in bankruptcy court nearly two years ago. donald trump opened up the taj mahal in 1990 but has not been involved for about seven years. current owner carl icahn offered to restore health benefits to the striking workers but at a level at least than what the other casino received. union reject that offer saying

"eyewitness news". two former governors are also running for president on the libertarian ticket. they say that a vote for the major party candidates will get you no where. former new mexico governor gary johnson, parties presidential candidate and former massachusetts governor william weld, libertarian vice-president candidate held a town hall meeting on cnn. both dispute claims by major parties candidates and say voters should vote libertarian. >> i don't think life in america has ever been better. i mean we get along better, we communicate better, our kid are smarter then ever. >> if you want to waste your vote on trump or clinton are our guest. >> libertarians are polling at 12 percent. they need support from at least 15 percent to be included in the vice-presidential debate. g.o.p. congressman charlie dent says he will not be voting for donald trump but six term representative said he won't be voting for hillary clinton either.

welcome back. hours after this massive fire, broke out, inside of a new york city warehouse fire fighters have placed it under control. it took more than 250 fire fighters to gain the upper hand. the flames erupted in queens sending black smoke across the city. four fire fighters suffered minor injuries, the warehouse was destroyed. the pilots of the kansas city police department helicopter were forced to make an emergency landing at a busy

intersection. you can imagine how surprising it was for eyewitnesses last night. pilots say a mechanical issue forced them to land but no one was hurt. in other news in south florida, planes used for aerial mosquito spraying will be back in the air to help fight the spread of the zika virus. meanwhile florida governor rick scott says that zika tests for pregnant woman will be free at any county health department statewide. scott also says that the state would provide additional lab services to handle the expected increases and insured that results are processed quickly. new aerial drone footage is showing up close look at the devastation in fort mcmurray, albert a wild fire that broke out in may consumed 1.5 million acres. it forced mass evacuation of the cities 80,000 residents and fire destroyed 2400 buildings. well, in maryland, more bad news for a town inundated by flood waters last week. >> new there is a massive leak of sewage in ellicott city, as
