the feds, greg, what have you you learned. well, good afternoon, there, this is ibew local 98 union offices, spring garden and 17th street. you can see behind me the pennsylvania, state police, have completely surrounded this building. no one can go inside or outside unless you you are a federal agent with the fbi. those agents collecting, evidence, and serving search warrants. state police stand guard outside local union 98 offices of the international brotherhood of electrical workers. ibew local 98 headquartered at spring garden and 17th street and its union boss john dougherty at the center of the federal investigation, spanning multiple locations throughout philadelphia. a spokesperson for the philadelphia a division of the fbi would not elaborate on the specifics of the investigation, only releasing a statement in part saying that quote, fbi philadelphia has personnel at a number of locations around the city this morning in connection with an ongoing investigation.

federal agents have been combing through two of his family homes that sit side by side along the bar he owns around the corner. now agents emerged from dock's union pub on the 1800 block of south second street with at least two boxes, several more may have been removed from the home. next to dock hurt's it appears to be relatives appear to live as well. neither dougherty or his lawyer gave any official statement this morning but dougherty did say that nothing has change, in his home since the last time that the federal were here, and that was back in 2006 as part of an investigation into an electrical contractor. now, dougherty head up the local ibew, 98, and he is also become a prominent fixture on the political scene as well. as greg mentioned we don't have a a whole lot of tea tails into the nature of the investigation as soon as we have them we will bring them to you as well. reporting live from south philadelphia i'm alexandria hoff now back to you.

81 degrees in philadelphia still hanging out in the 07's in the lehigh valley. feeling good in ac at 79 degrees. our ocean temperature up to 77. dew points they tell us about that sticky factor, this morning we will start off near 60 degrees and they are starting to creep up a little bit mid 60's you can see that dew point change over the last 24 hours after a very comfortable day yesterday, especially in the lehigh valley, berks county dew points on the order of 10 degrees from this time yesterday, and as we head into tomorrow, it is going to be a steamy day even by this evening. we may notice difference in the humidity levels but all together pretty quiet and mostly sunny conditions taking us in the 5:00 o'clock hour with temperatures in the middle 80's but for tomorrow storms do return to the forecast as well as that humidity, and we have a marginal risk of severe, wet's cross the delaware valley. we will time them out and when to expect them and if conditions improve in time for our sunday in the full forecast in just a couple

muggy conditions, not great sleeping weather we have had had over last several nights down to 73 degrees. sunset at 8:09. what to expect on stormy saturday. scattered storms developing in the a afternoon hours as early as lunchtime in some locations. heavy rain could be main threat could pick up a quarter inch, half inch, maybe some higher amounts and main threat as far as severe weather is concern is going to be strong gusty wind. storm scan three showing us nice conditions up and down i-95 corridor, shore looking great with the ton of sunshine, a few more clouds looking off to the west especially across berks county and lehigh valley and couple of showers, trying to develop up wind of the poconos and we could see a few isolated showers sneak in, in these areas later in the afternoon otherwise drawing conditions across the delaware valley, this evening, so hitting the town on a friday evening in problems, leave that umbrella behind. tomorrow morning we will wake up to some cloud, haze, foggy conditions with all of that extra moisture and then as we head in the lunch hour and early afternoon storms starting to fire, scattered in nature especially north and

west of the city and then that threat will move to the south and east in the afternoon hours. this is around 3:00 o'clock, we see storms firing up earlier then we would typically see on a summer afternoon and as we head in the early afternoon hours those storms clearing out and skies clearing out, very quickly there, after the storm threat for thomas i mentioned main threat is going to be brief heavy rainfall. we have a wind and frequent lightening threat the but good news is hail and tornado threat is low for the day tomorrow, and today, could see a storm sneaking in the poconos, mixture of sun and clouds. beautiful down the shore maintain that sunshine but becoming more humid by end of the day and tomorrow will be our stormy day, and steamy day at that, high temperature at 90 degrees but by sunday end of the weekend, it is lower humidity. 87 degrees. ton of sunshine and really nice as we head into mid week as well, monday and tuesday still feeling good but then that humidity will return in full force by wednesday but all together an august forecast that is not too bad. >> can't beat that. >> thanks, lauren.
