courthouse in norristown with the story. >> reporter: joe, brooke, good morning, kathleen kane due in court in just matter of hours, that is after her petition to throw the charges out failed. now, despite her state supreme court rule, have her law license revoke and her felony arrest, kane remains attorney general, her charges include felony, perjury, for allegedly lying to a grand jury, obstruction, conspiracy, false swearing. if convicted of felony perjury charges, kane reportedly could serve a maximum jail term of seven years, her remaining misdemeanor carry mix two year sentence, those charges stemming from leak of grand jury probe to the media, that leaks was later trace today kane's office. recently kane has led charge against so-called old boy's network in harrisburg it, sense of emails by state workers, scandal forced two state justice toss step down, and several of kane's own

we can expect that sun to shine all day long with minimal cloud cover, just going to be nice day, relatively low humidity to go along with it, starting things off here with nice quiet live neighborhood network shot, outside whitt fields elementary school, not even a car out on the street yet, hint of light of day beginning to pop over the horizon, eventually going to start to warm things up later today, low humidity, it will be a nice one, upper 80s the expectation, high pressure in place for us right now. we do have moisture off to the south, very slow moving, so i don't want you to worry too much about this reaching us any time soon. off to the south of this however we actually have area of low pressure starting to starting to show some signs of life here, very heavy rain, falling across portions of the eastern golf. that will continue to be a problem for florida in the dates ahead, some of that moisture gets drawn later in the week, where some of the steamiest and some of the heat and certainly showers and thunderstorms start to pop up in the forecast. meantime anybody else noticing
