girard, is probably just clearing now, clear, or closed, until 5:00 a.m. kind of lingered over the 5:00 p.m. marker. looks now that might be clearing. let's gave you an update on this accident in glasco, happened around 2:00 a.m., involving tractor-trailer and vehicle, few people transported to the hospital, or were transported that is, route 89 of southbound route 40 the intersection now blocked for awhile, all lanes were blocked, then one lane getting by, now the intersection blocked. a lot of going on here as they clean up and get that investigation underway, and all wrapped up, just so you know. that will also construction delaware for those every you in and around that area, 495 95 southbound, terminal avenue, dupont, two lanes block until 6:00 a.m. jan, brooke, over to you. >> thanks, meisha. new development this morning in the ryan lochte robbery scandal in rio. >> now, this information is just coming into our news room, lochte's teammate, and the only swimmer in brazil, reached a septemberment with authorities. feigen's attorney said his client will pay $10,000 to leave the country today. meantime two other teammate,

gunnar bentz and conger are on their way back to the u.s. their robbery story is not true. they say this surveillance video shows the swimmers being couldn't fronted by security after vandalizing gas station bathroom. in other news, fire officials are calling it one of the worse wild fires they've ever seen. >> huge wilds fire burning east of los angeles has already destroyed number every homes, but there is some good news to report this morning. "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live in the cbs-3 sat center to tell us how fire crews are making progress, justin? >> reporter: brooke, jim, good morning. there is some relief out west, as firefighters say they're beginning an upper hand. the blue cut fire now reported to be 22% contained, that up from 4%, and firefighters also say that many who live in the fire path are refuse to go evacuate, which is complicating their response effort. >> some 60 miles east of los angeles, a relentless air assault on a tenacious fire leaving tens every thousands of homes and resident under

>> folks as we switch gears here, it is friday, and of course that's exciting day for us in the weather department. we get to invite people in, and our weather watchers get to be a part of the broadcast. and this morning, john jenkins joining us here from perkasie, pa. yeah, we give him round every applause. and here is a fun fact. it is his birthday. it worked out so well. so, we're so happy that he's here, he will be helping us out with the broadcast this morning, helping us to produce, and he did make a long hike after full hour even in the light traffic to get down here to see us. so really thrilled to have him in house. that said the rest of the eyewitness weather watchers are also up and adam this morning, bridging in some really pretty pictures to us here, too. now, we had full moon yesterday. it still likes look full, starting to wayne, just absolutely stunning shot though. this was taken at about 5:00 this morning from our boy phil. let's look, though, at allen's shot. he sent this in. completely calm. it is his weather station, no movement on that at all. so, you know, we have that very calm winds out there. and also, yet to see the

sunrise just yet, so pretty much either the moonlight or the street lamps that are brightening up for us to see route 528. this picture came in from ed connor this morning, also look to some of the wind speeds coming in, again, not impressive at all. not going to in the it is terribly breezy outside really anywhere. but the strongest winds speed that we found came in from middletown, where jason is reporting whopping 6 miles per hour out of the northwest. it sort of is happen adder adder wind flow. a lot of spot just whopping goose egg, of a winds speed. so it really again is very calm start to the day. thank high pressure for, that that's still in place for us right now, paying just a brief visit however, as it tries to build down, we eventually ends up with another system pushing in from the west, will help moisten up the atmosphere by tomorrow, eventually deal with heavier showers, thunderstorms, come sunday. so in the meantime, pollen levers are climbing, until we see that front pass through. so, if you have plans to mow

the grass this weekend, i'm trying to get it done saturday first and for most, looks like the drier of the two days, but you are dealing with pretty vicious sneezing if not red which your allergy medications, though, a letter i can to grass, keep that in mind. meanwhile hitting the beach good day. 82 degrees, uv index up there, but the water temperature starting rebounds little bit too. rip countries being nice and low, swim near the guards, always want to do that. looking forward upper 80s continue this weekend, again, stray shower or thunderstorm could pop up tomorrow. but, key word, stray there. sunday is the day that really starts to moisten up, not just heavy downpours, thunderstorms also develop. then that front clears the coast. and i mean, meisha, a four day stretch here of gorgeous weather, not just sunny and cooler, but low humidity, and that's the key, right? >> yes, this is what people wait all year for, katie, that kind of weather. thank you so much. because i'm not going to, take a look at this behind me, not good, guys, not good. we have overturned vehicle here, schuylkill ear near spring garden. all lanes are temporarily

blocked right now. all of them. so if you are at stand still, let's just take peak at a back up. yikes. this is going to hurt you little bit on a friday morning, especially a lot of people running out the door kind of last minute on a friday. usually road ways little more open than what we typically see monday through thursday. soap, this is really going to slow you down, schuylkill eastbound near spring garden all lanes blocked, your back up at montgomery drive. a lot of people kind of getting off on mlk drive, still slow now, because so many people are getting off there. big heads up. if you can avoid this area, right now, you certainly want tonight i'll let you know as soon as it clears, or let you know as soon as lane or two is getting by. but right now if you are moving in on this on a friday just driving upright there, and you are stopping, and there is nothing that you can do about it, unless you're lucky enough to be close to mlk drive. also construction, turnpike, between valley forge and downingtown, that has just been cleared. but, speaking of the turnpike, let's judge right to the disable vehicle, va turnpike westbound past ft. washington that center lane is blocked,
