bus. >> seven victims are in critical condition, right now, according to the mayor. he said driver of the empty bus died at the scene, investigators are now trying to determine if that driver ran a red light. well, four people are in the hospital right now, after a serious crash in new castle county earlier this morning. chopper three over pulaski highway and south college avenue in glasgow. police say a tractor trailer hit a pickup truck at 2:00 this morning. the one person in the pick up suffered serious burns, three other people, suffered minor injuries. philadelphia police have made an arrest this is deadly germantown shooting and they are after another suspect, in the case. police arrested jamill byrd yesterday in the july shooting death of ashley moore. moore was shot driving on the 5100 block of germantown avenue. his three-year old daughter in the car at the time was not hurt. police are searching for 19 year-old man, and to you have any information on his whereabouts please call the police. police have a man in

custody after a 21 year-old would hand was found dead in the trash can in wilmington. investigators say 20 year-old merit is charged with first degree murder. wednesday, 21 year-old my precious hoskins was found dead with several gunshot wound in a trash can. discovery was made near 2100 block of north locust street. police say merit is annex boyfriend of hoskins. this next video you are about to see is terrifying. police say a gunman walk in the bar and robbed everyone, and it is all, caught on camera. it happened, just before 2:00 wednesday morning. police say that the man walked into frank's place bar in the 4200 block of north 15th street. we're working hard to get this video for you. that is near hunting park. they say he then pulled out a gun and demanded money from everyone there. after taking phones, a pocketbook and the money, he ran off, we're having technical difficulties here but anyone with any information can call this tip line at 215-686-tips.

right now, police are looking for a gunman, after two men were shot outside of a chinese take out restaurant in south philadelphia. it happened near corner of 23rd and mifflin streets around 11:30 last night. two men were shot in the stomach. police found 16 spent shell casings. >> there were two unattended vehicles struck by gunfire there, was also the chinese take out, window was struck two times by gunfire where two victims were standing. >> gunman was seen on nearby surveillance cameras but it is still on the lose. as for two men shot they are in stable condition. the it is not clear what may have motivated this shooting. well in, other news philadelphia health officials say deaths related to opioid fentanyl are soaring and they are trying to get the word out there is help available. health officials held a press conference this morning. they say deaths involving fentanyl are up more than 600 percent sips 2013. fentanyl is frequently used

illegally to cut heroin which creates a stronger and more dangerous dose of that drug. >> what that means is that often the users are using this medication or using this drug and unaware of how potent the medication is or how potent the drug is, which puts them at much greater risk for overdose. >> now philadelphia says it will make more treatment facility is available and it will expand availability of narcan a drug that can reverse effects of an overdose. u.s. olympic swimmer ryan lochte says he is sorry for his behavior at a rio di janeiro gas station. >> as ben tracie reports from rio the a polling does not mean the fall out is all over. >> reporter: olympic gold medal winner ryan lochte says he has learn valuable lessons at a incident in the rio gas station. on a statement on instagram he wants to apologize for his behavior last weekend for not being more careful and candid in how i described the events of that early morning.
