trump was genuine about feeling regret he has backed to demon icing immigrants again in his new ad today. >> illegal immigrants convicted of committing crimes get to stay. >> reporter: this is trump's first campaign ad of the general election and began airing this morning in the battle ground states of florida, north caroline, ohio, and pennsylvania. weijia jiang for cbs news, the white house. in other news, two commuters buses violently collide in north jersey during the heart of the morning rush hour, killing a driver and injuring 18 others. that crash happened around 6:20 this morning in newark. witnesses say one bus with only the driver aboard t boned the other bus carrying about 20 people. the force of the impact crushed the middle of that bus knocking it on its side and trapping victims inside. witnesses rushed to get people out. >> it really was just too much, not really too much we could do because most of the people were smushed in between the seats, and windows, and the poles and stuff on the

bus. >> seven victims are in critical condition, right now, according to the mayor. he said driver of the empty bus died at the scene, investigators are now trying to determine if that driver ran a red light. well, four people are in the hospital right now, after a serious crash in new castle county earlier this morning. chopper three over pulaski highway and south college avenue in glasgow. police say a tractor trailer hit a pickup truck at 2:00 this morning. the one person in the pick up suffered serious burns, three other people, suffered minor injuries. philadelphia police have made an arrest this is deadly germantown shooting and they are after another suspect, in the case. police arrested jamill byrd yesterday in the july shooting death of ashley moore. moore was shot driving on the 5100 block of germantown avenue. his three-year old daughter in the car at the time was not hurt. police are searching for 19 year-old man, and to you have any information on his whereabouts please call the police. police have a man in

custody after a 21 year-old would hand was found dead in the trash can in wilmington. investigators say 20 year-old merit is charged with first degree murder. wednesday, 21 year-old my precious hoskins was found dead with several gunshot wound in a trash can. discovery was made near 2100 block of north locust street. police say merit is annex boyfriend of hoskins. this next video you are about to see is terrifying. police say a gunman walk in the bar and robbed everyone, and it is all, caught on camera. it happened, just before 2:00 wednesday morning. police say that the man walked into frank's place bar in the 4200 block of north 15th street. we're working hard to get this video for you. that is near hunting park. they say he then pulled out a gun and demanded money from everyone there. after taking phones, a pocketbook and the money, he ran off, we're having technical difficulties here but anyone with any information can call this tip line at 215-686-tips.

right now, police are looking for a gunman, after two men were shot outside of a chinese take out restaurant in south philadelphia. it happened near corner of 23rd and mifflin streets around 11:30 last night. two men were shot in the stomach. police found 16 spent shell casings. >> there were two unattended vehicles struck by gunfire there, was also the chinese take out, window was struck two times by gunfire where two victims were standing. >> gunman was seen on nearby surveillance cameras but it is still on the lose. as for two men shot they are in stable condition. the it is not clear what may have motivated this shooting. well in, other news philadelphia health officials say deaths related to opioid fentanyl are soaring and they are trying to get the word out there is help available. health officials held a press conference this morning. they say deaths involving fentanyl are up more than 600 percent sips 2013. fentanyl is frequently used

illegally to cut heroin which creates a stronger and more dangerous dose of that drug. >> what that means is that often the users are using this medication or using this drug and unaware of how potent the medication is or how potent the drug is, which puts them at much greater risk for overdose. >> now philadelphia says it will make more treatment facility is available and it will expand availability of narcan a drug that can reverse effects of an overdose. u.s. olympic swimmer ryan lochte says he is sorry for his behavior at a rio di janeiro gas station. >> as ben tracie reports from rio the a polling does not mean the fall out is all over. >> reporter: olympic gold medal winner ryan lochte says he has learn valuable lessons at a incident in the rio gas station. on a statement on instagram he wants to apologize for his behavior last weekend for not being more careful and candid in how i described the events of that early morning.

he goes on to say, it is traumatic to be out late with your friend and in a foreign country with a language barrier and have a stranger point a gun at you and demand money. several security cameras captured what happened, early sunday morning, lochte and his teammates disappeared down this walkway leading to the bathrooms. they are seen lingering behind a wall and pulling down what appears to be a poster. when they attempted to leave security guard blocked their taxi. police say swimmers were drunk and belligerent, vandalized this bathroom and left $50 to pay for the damage. >> stupid is operative word. >> reporter: nancy arm or, says lochte's subsequent actions only made things worse. >> paw damage, apologize for being an ugly american, let the u.s. embassy know what you did, everybody moves on. >> reporter: lochte claims they were returning from a night of partying when they were robbed at gunpoint. >> pointed to my forehead and said get down. i put the my hand up. i was like whatever.

however we are looking ahead to some crisper air, cooler air and some really, really nice heather, coming up next week, so, it makes us think of tall, always makes me think of it. we have eagles regular season home opener just 23 short days away, 60 days until average high drops down to 70. daylight savings time ending, in 79 short days when we get to fall back and get that extra hour of sleep and thanksgiving, i mean 97 days who can wait that long but regardless, fall is on the way. meanwhile we will take you outside to our live neighborhood network. it is full summer mode right now. we have boats out on the water. we have hundreds of umbrellas lining the beach, absolutely beautiful afternoon underway, in rehoboth and pretty much every where else up and down jersey shoreline. storm scan three is quiet here locally. i mentioned this earlier there could be a spotty left over sprinkle that fires up across new jersey but generally in the sunshine the rest of the day, you can see activity to the west and south high

pressure is paying a brief visit to keep us quiet for now. lets walk you through future weather. here's aforementioned spotty sprinkle but generally dry with sunshine rest of the day and then we will get to tomorrow, warm front lifts in. that will allow more moisture in the atmosphere to trigger a spotty shower or thunderstorm that could fire up in the p.m. hours but then we will look a head to sunday and then this is where you'll want to maybe strategically think about how you'll work your outdoor plans in. this particular model is aggressive, bringing in potential for showers and thunderstorms, in late morning and mainly in the afternoon that this cold front crosses through. it is a very potent front, so heavy downpours, gusty wind, thunderstorms are firing up with that as well, and then it starts to clear out, in time for us to head back to work and some back to school, of course. with that said it brings great weather. let's back it up and bring it back to tonight. phillies back in town yet again tonight 83 degrees at
