to be but pleasant conditions in center city philadelphia albeit pretty warm but right where we should be at around this time of year, it is august. 88 degrees, south wind up around 12 miles per hour so at least we have a bit of a breeze but that southerly component in the wind flow is driving in the conditions. temperatures generally in the mid to upper 80's, still hanging on to some 70's in mount pocono and we have that sea breeze kicking in so bring something cooler air, some relief down the shore, 82 degrees right now in ocean city and we're sitting at 83 degrees right now in stone harbor but dewpoints, they tell us about that humid factor, the humidity it really has returned to center city philadelphia surrounding counties especially to the south down the shore and parts of delaware not feeling too bad up towards the lehigh valley and poconos but that will change as we head into the day tomorrow. it will be a humid day but then by tuesday conversely, the humidity just drops out of the atmosphere. our comfort index awesome, with dewpoints not even on the chart. they'll fall down into the 40's for a time on tuesday, so

it's going to feel so great, so awesome but overnight it is going to be muggy partly cloudy with a chance of a stray thundershower, temperatures overnight lows very mild only dropping back to 74 degrees. then tomorrow right around average, we're up to 87, humid conditions though making it feel hotter than that and we'll see thunderstorms developing for the second half of the day but right now we just have those sea breeze generated very pin head shower activity but bringing some heavy rainfall very briefly to parts of southern new jersey and sea breeze pushed so far inland now around the i-95 corridor seeing a little downpour around palmyra back into moorestown and mount laurel seeing a little bit of light rain at this time but pretty quiet as we head into the evening hours. isolated thundershower possible, quiet into the overnight period. showers off to our north but as we head into the day tomorrow, approach of a cold front so we'll see those showers and downpours and thunderstorms developing first off to the west and into the afternoon and evening hours pushing toward the i-95 corridor and eventually down the shore for the second half of the evening before we clear out by midnight tomorrow night
