evacuated. safety officials say there is no danger to anyone living in the area. >> young girl caught in the crossfire, police announce $6,000 reward for any information leading to arrest. the girl, gab re ella, hit at eighth and spruce, wednesday night. police say they are looking for several shooters and believe gang activity led to the violence. neighbors say they're still in grief. >> need to turn ourselves in, that was eight year old baby. she didn't even have a chance. and they shot at that baby like that. and i seen the woman, i still see it. >> at last check the girl was in extremely critical condition. >> and update to breaking news we first told you about yesterday morning, police say surveillance video captured the moment a suspected drunk driver hit philadelphia police sergeant joseph cane, jr., in manayunk. colin murphy behind the wheel and kept going. tow truck driver helped officers find him. he was arrested.

sergeant kane is in the hospital with a broken collarbone. >> also, this morning, 28 year old kyle allen of langhorne is accused of stealing from septa. police say he took $638,000 in vehicle and train parts from six different septa properties, then sold them for scrap metal. he'll be in court next month. >> learning the woman killed while zip lining, died from brunt force trauma. the company said the woman had disconnected dollars her sever from the safety system. the park also says all of their equipment is in good operating condition, and now that woman has been identified as 59 year old tina westerner of felton. her daughter said warner died while completing her bucket list. >> vice president joe biden will be in wilmington, delaware, biden expected to announce new investment in the rail service including completion of the horn he will austin and amtrak contract.
