looks like warm end to the month of august as well, out to the graphics. let's look what this month in review is looking like thus far. ' we officially will be wrapping it up in a day or two. precipitation has been below average by over an inch and a half. so, we could use some of that moisture right now. but look at the temperature. 4.3 degrees, above average for the entire month. and, again, we still have two more days of data to add to this. regardless, highest temperature flirting with 100, and the lowest we got was 62 degrees, that was actually the coolest it had been since june. so, quite warm lately, storm scan3, very tranquil, it stays that way today, courtesy of high pressure, at the moment, you have got temperatures all over the place, you have got 70s in the city. 60s at the shore, 50's, even in the mountains. so, it is a really comfortable start to the day. if you have got the time, and the innocent, you want to roll out of bed, maybe stick your coffee on the porch, why not. it will be really refreshing start to the day for you that way. meanwhile, sun will shine all

starting to just pick up our pace, just little bit. exactly what happened, same time frame as we were dealing with yesterday on a monday, we can expect that on a monday and tuesday. lots, some construction in new jersey for pothole repairs, new jersey turnpike northbound the ram top route 322, is closed right now, make note of that. it is supposed to be closed until right around 5:00 a.m. this should be actually picking up sometime shortly. also more construction on the pa turnpike between virginia drive and valley forge, that right lane is block there. plus, weaver an accident, out there swenksville. park avenue closed at pennypack err road balls every downed pole. you will have to use alternate, spring mount road probably your best bet, brooke, jim, back over to you. >> thanks, meisha a we'll update breaking news in camden new jersey when car lost control and destroyed everything in it past. >> this happened near haddon and newtown avenues, just about an hour ago, "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch live at the scene now, where he just spoke to an eyewitness, justin, we've seen some of the is scene video. that car must have been

flying? >> reporter: brooke, jim, good morning, yes, a very gruesome scene here at haddon and newton avenues in camden. just behind me here we have police working to confine and comb through that crime scene. at this hour, here, the vehicle involved is a red chrysler sedan, we are told that a male person who was inside that car was ejected, as you can see, it caused quite a bit of damage going toward the southern side every haddon there this morning. let's take to you some video from just bit earlier, about two armor so, report of speeding car going north on haddon avenue. at some point it did lose control. striking a power pole we're told, another vehicle, then onto a porch there, perhaps you saw the damage there. the impact to that porch is so severe it was clearly disablized by the impact. there are again reports of at least one person who was ejected from that car and thrown toward the area of the poor: we are told he had head

injuries and leg injuries as well. he was quickly returned to cooper hospital. we are hearing at last check that he was in critical condition at this time. we also spoke to a man who says that he heard the impact, and saw the aftermath of this crash. >> crazy, i mean, to think somebody could be moving that fast, that short after distance, you have to think, he made the turn down there, and what do you think? eighty, 100 miles an hour or better to do something like that to a car? he was moving. >> reporter: and that of course is the big concern this morning, why was that driver going so fast on this road leer? it appears he was the only driver. prance if you see on the road there, there is a wide debris field, we saw battery of car door, other car parts, just the underneath, and kept under a hood, scattered, for hundreds of feet, down the road there. again, we do know of at least one person, who was hospitalized, there are report of two at this time. but police here on scene are

beautiful shot here, really, just very, very pleasant beginning to the day. i was just out on skydeck ten minute ago it, feels so, so comfortable outside. which is nice to see at the end of the august, you know? flipping the calendar in the next couple of days already it will be september, already coming up on the holiday weekend, and it really at this point is looking pretty phenominal. let's go ahead, take a look at the eyewitness weather watchers, they're reporting some pretty fantastic conditions right now. you have 70 degrees, this is pretty much the warmest spot that i've got at least of attack, comes in from john in delaware, eventually no winds. further off to the north, couple of cooler spots, let's take you to this one, 57 this morning coming to us from john jenkins, nice clear sky in perkasie. here it is. tough to be a kid back to school when you have got this gorgeous weather outside. not to rub it in or anything, but regardless, yes, if you are head today school, or going to be walking to work, it will feel at least really comfortable to you. then a lot of other markings

here into the 60s, this morning. okay, all kidding aside, let's look what's happening on storm scan. we do have hurricane gaston, actually, radar doesn't cut off. but out in or does cut off out here middle portion of the atlantic, still very, very far away. not going to have any direct impact, but still churning up the surf all the way here, at local shore points, please be very careful your travels do take you to the shore in the next couple of days. heed any watches or flags, anything that you see out there on the beaches. and stay close to the lifeguards. in addition, two separate tropical depressions, those two expected to stay out to sea but will churn up the surf so the rest of the week looking as though it could bring some dangerous rip current. keep in mind, guys, how to spot rip current. you will see what kind of looks like chan i, i'll get it out, channel of choppy water off in the distance. it may be a little bit after different color to the weighter, might see break in the wave pattern, that's how you spot a rip current. if you ever find yourself

momentment just sneak peak at 95 south at cottman, coming around the s curve, see a lot of brakes lights starting to go off now. starting to heat up on interstate 956789 on a tuesday we can expect that. we do have accident here, little more serious, malvern, someone has been eject from the their vehicle, route 29, this is between the pa turnpike and route 202. make note of this. most certainly, there is going to be some flashing light out there. it most certainly is going to slow you down just little bit. so heads up for those every you in the malvern area there. also, another accident, pa turnpike westbound, at king of prussia. big heads up on this, as well, whenever we have flashing lights around 5:30, pushing actually 5:45, 5:49. whatever it is. as we approach 6:00, these are all going to start to slow you down just little bit. also another accident in swenksville. park avenue closed at pennypack err road because every downed pole. you will have to use alternate, spring mount road your best bet. another accident we've been covering in camden, haddon avenue closed at newton avenue. you will have to use alternate here, as well. broadway to ferry back to haddon probably your best bet right now. a lot of accident, but in
