forge two lanes are block there. plus we have a water main break in dresher camp hill road near susquehanna road it is pulled off the shoulder, we will have updates in a little bit, jim, over to you. breaking news from the feltonville neighborhood where a motorcyclist is dead after a hit a run. >> police say they have found the vehicle but not the driver. jan carabao is live at the scene, jan. >> reporter: brooke and jim, good morning. that is right, driver is still at large but police have already found striking vehicle and they were able to do that by following a trail of leaking vehicle fluid. they followed it from the scene just about five blocks away where that vehicle was stashed this morning. you can see here live at corner of whittaker and loudon that motorcycle remains. the driver, a 58 year old man the victim of the deadly hit and run. striking vehicle suv park in the rear driveway in the 5,000 block of roarer street in feltonville. police followed antifreeze and

heat or oil for five blocks. the driver was already gone and police say that person may have taken the license plate with them since none was found at the scene, and still police have some solid crew toss work w they have vin and possible fingerprints inside. this hit and run happened just before 11:30 at intersection of whittaker and loudon in feltonville. a 58 year-old man was riding this motorcycle south on whittaker when the suv turned left into his path and two vehicles collided. fifty-eight year-old was thrown up to 30 feet away and he died as a result of his injuries. witness tells police suv fled the scene leaving behind deprice and trail of fluid that led police this is right direction. police are now securing that suv and working to identify the driver. >> when we run the vehicle identification number, we're having a problem determining an address for it. we are getting some information as to where the

vehicle was last sold but since we don't have a license plate, we're using vehicle identification number but we're receipt i confident working with our pcic as well as state police we will be able to identify the registered owner and hopefully once we toe the vehicle get dna evidence and fingerprints, and any evidence inside to term who the driver was. >> reporter: now unfortunately police don't have a good description, that witness just said it was a man. they are looking around for surveillance video this is a rec center nearby with cameras they hope that will help. we will continue to follow this story but we are live in feltonville, jan carabao for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> thanks, january ran. a 37 year-old man is in critical condition after he was shot this is the back hail riding a bicycle in kensington. police found three shell casings at the scene at 400 block of east clear field street at 2:00 this is morning. eyewitnesses say two men ran

from the scene after that shooting. a 12 year-old girl is recovering after she was hit by a bullet in the triple shooting in north philadelphia. this happened on the 3,000 block of north marshall street last night. authorities believe an argument have led to the gun fire. girl is this stable condition at st. christopher's. as for other two victims one man is in critical condition earnings the other is stable. we have learn a 13 year-old boy who hurt himself and a 12 year-old girl playing with the gun inside a south philadelphia home monday will face charges. unidentified teen has been charged with aggravated assault, weapons offenses and other charges. the boy was waving the gun when it fired a shot hitting his hand and the girl's knee. both children are expect to survive, investigators say they have in the recover the weapon. donald trump is taking a surprise trip to mexico. republican presidential nominee tweeted he accepted invitation of president enrique pena nieti and looks forward to meeting him. today's visit will happen hours before trump delivers his highly anticipated speech

in florida, we have hurricane gaston out in the open waters of the atlantic, very well organize system on the satellite here and it is currently a category three thank goodness staying out to sea. already turning up the surf for last day and a half here on our local beaches but tropical depression number eight, as well as nine still out there. we are still awaiting either of these to develop into a tropical storm but regardless bringing in heavy rainfall and florida will get hammered with heavy rain in the come days there that number nine, depression. meanwhile outside we will go to the live neighborhood network where things are tranquil but note that is wind flow, wind direction is key here with that southerly wind flow component, again that will usher in the moisture needed for to start to feel muggier. we will start off the day with fog in some spots too. keep an eye peeled for that but eventually into the sunshine we will get up to 90 degrees and then we're in for nice weather for holiday
