happened around 9:00 sunday night near 24th and parkway. police are working to obtain any video that have within taken around that time but right now they have very few lead on the suspect. we now know bill cosby's trial on sex assault charges will begin on june 5th of next year. norristown judge made the ruling yesterday, cosby's attorney say that they will try to move the trial elsewhere. now prosecutors have filed a motion saying that 13 women after greed to testify against cosby. he is charged in the 2004 encounter at his home with former temple university employee andrea constand. will, tens of thousands of students at itt tech are scrambling to find a new school. the for profit college chain is shutting down all campuses nationwide. that includes several in the philadelphia area. melissa king was just six months from graduation with a criminal justice degree. >> i cried. i will not lie, i cried and it was very upsetting

since i was expect to go finish out my last few quarters, six months left, and be able to have my associates and get a job that i wanted. >> the community college of philadelphia says former itt students can register for c ccp's next term which starts in october. itt tech decision to shut down comes after a recent move by federal government, against the indiana based college chain, that change went into effect last month. correspondent hena daniels joins us live from new york to explain. good morning, hena. >> reporter: good morning, jim. the college is closed during one of the largest in u.s. history. more than 40,000 college student and 8,000 employees are in limbo now that i to tt technical institute has shut down. the for profit college chain announced it will close all 130 campuses nationwide, after the department of education recently barred the school from enrolling new students, who use federal aid.

development came under federal crackdown in august, itt was banned from enrolling new students in order to pay 152 million-dollar, to cover student refund. itt was accused of misleading student and pushing them into risky loans, for what illinois attorney jennies calling an ultimately worthless degree that doesn't get them a job. itt officials claim that the school was victim of a regulatory assault, and never had a chance to defend itself. jim? >> so, the big question at this point this morning for those students who are enrolled at itt tech, what are their options. >> reporter: this is where it gets complicated, it is not answer that students want to hear. federal officials say students who took out loans to attend the school within the last 120 days, may have their debt wiped away a cost covered in part by taxpayers. officials are also urging current students to reach out to community colleges, if their credits will transfer.

a stop, front portion of the car erupted in flames, and police took the driver into custody. lack of rain in our region has led environmental officials in pennsylvania to add more counties to the drought watch. that includes philadelphia, chester and delaware counties. they join berks, lehigh, northampton counties already on the list. drought watch calls for a voluntary 5 percent reduction in non-essential, water use. you know, i don't like rain but we need on is rain right now. >> it is interesting huge it is feast or famine with these things but we are in the middle of a little bit of the rainfall deficit here and in philadelphia we can show you statistics here. since january 1st, all the way back to the beginning of the the year we are shy at least according to normal on averages by 3.39 inches worth of rainfall and since january 1 we have had just over 25 inches of rain as a total. normal at the this point of the year would be just shy of 29 inches. you know, that is a decent
