the house, part of the roof also collapsed, fortunate thely there were no reports of any injuries, no word on the cause. well, new this morning a suspect is in custody following a violent home invasion in the the rhawnhurst section of the philadelphia. >> we are told that the suspect may have struck more than ones. >> "eyewitness news" reporter justin finch is live at northeast detectives with the very latest on this story, justin? >> reporter: good morning, that is right, one teen suspect is now under arrest for two crimes, a home invasion and armed hold up. he spent most of his night and overnight here in northeast detectives. lets get to you video from the investigation, overnight, first call came into police around 11:00 when an armed home invasion on the the 2,000 block of oakmont street in the rhawnhurst section where a second district police were met by husband and wife both age 53 telling police they were attacked and robbed by a 19 year-old man who pistol whipped that male rick tim and

shot his gun in the floor. that suspect got the away on floor with the lap top and prescription pills, and then reports of another robbery about one block away. a 28 year-old woman, robbed at gunpoint, her purse snatched, her suspect description matched the one the couple gave, went out over police radio and teen was captured a short time later just a few blocks away running police say as he was seen ditching that purse, lap top, and some victim's identification. back live as that teen was in cuss todd that i male victim was taken to the hospital where he was treated with stitches for that pistol whipping head wound. we are live outside north east detectives, i'm justin finch cbs-3 "eyewitness news". justin, thanks very much. in other news search is on for suspect who brutally stabbed a would hand in burlington county. police are conducting a all out manhunt for akiehl herbert. he stabbed a woman in the 200 block of fifth avenue knew in florence township.
