it is still early we can start to heat up. the vine was open, not cloe dollars -- closed for overnight construction, accident ran into a -- or vehicle ran into a pole at collegeville, germantown pike, downed wires there, twp. line road probably your best bet for alternate. also, overturned vehicle, new jersey turnpike southbound, at hightstown. it is pulled all the way out to the shoulder. toter accident investigation underway, route 47 closed near port elizabeth cumberland road. make note of though -- those. >> shell casings literary street in philadelphia's overbrook section, police say someone fired shots around 12:30 this morning, on the 6400 block of haverford avenue. they don't believe anyone was hurt. police are now looking for a black ford crown victoria. philadelphia police are also looking for who ever shot a man and pistol whipped a woman. this happened near 23rd and norris around 9:00 last night. the man was shot twice in his left hand. both he and the woman are in stable condition. police have not yet recovered a weapon.

>> and this morning, fire investigators are still trying to figure out what caused a fire at a camden scrap yard. the fire sent plumes of smoke that could be seen from lincoln financial field during the eagles game. the fire broke out at camden iron and metal around 1:15 yesterday afternoon. fortunately, no one was hurt. >> well, eagles fans are flying on cloud nine this morning after the season opening win. >> that's right. the birds of course dominated the cleveland browns all eyes on rookie quarterback carson wentz and his nfl debut, first rookie qb to start the season for the eagles, get this, 1939. number 11 through his first ever touchdown pass to jordan matthews. wentz begins his career as a winner passing for 278 yards, and two touchdowns. >> we won. that's all you dream. you want to win. that was the goal today. key became out, got a great team win. i think it will hit me now after the win, i've been dream being this since i was a kid. but again, it is just the first of many.

paul jolovitz who says wentz did what few rookies are able to do. and fans are hopping on the wentz wagon. >> you don't see this that often. wentz is poised, one thing that came across. you can't teach tall in basketball, you can't tees poise. rookies just can't come into a city of philadelphia with tough fans, and kind of break the bank like carson did today. just a week ago, he wasn't supposed to play this year, sam bradford was, now bradford is in minnesota having his own battles and carson wentz has captured philadelphia. it will be fun, as these people love it. >> i'm on the wednesday wagon. let's go eagles. >> ready to party. >> went! went, wentz, wednesdaymania. >> we have a quarterback.

community safety is concerned about the route, because it says, it goes where schools, part, residential neighborhood. however, says, the pipeline would carry natural gas liquid, would create 30,000 jobs and help the economy. well, this morning, hillary clinton is off the campaign trail. she has canceled fundraising and campaign events that were supposed to take place in california this morning. >> that's right, suddenly to leave a 9/11 program because of health problems. hena, good morning, clinton's covers released a statement yesterday. >> reporter: says the 68 year old was diagnosed with pneumonia on friday. although the illness was not publicly revealed, until clinton stumbled sunday when leaving the 9/11 ceremony at ground zero. clinton went to her daughter's manhattan apartment. first few hours after the incident, and then headed to her suburban home not far from new york. now her doctor claims the

presidential candidates became overheated and dehydrated, and in a statement he added she is recovering nicely. >> hen a, trump talking about the state of clinton's health for sometime now. what's his reaction to all of this? >> new issue likely to take center stage in the final weeks of the presidential campaign. donald trump has not commented yet about clinton's illness, but in the past, the republican nominee has repeatedly questioned whether his opponent has the strength to be president and the stamina to take on terrorists. >> and hena, there is a new cbs news battleground traffic pole out, showing really tight race. >> yes. this is a little surprising. came out few hours ago actually, latest cbs news battleground tracker pole shows the race is tightening in florida clinton holds just two-point lead there. in ohio, another key battleground state, clinton has a seven-point lead. jim, rahel? >> always interesting. thanks so much, hena, we'll check in with you later on.

observe the 15th anniversary of the september 11 attack. the beams from 88 search lights represent the twin towers and are part of the national september 11 memorial and museum's tribute in light. and take a look, this is a live look from new york city at this hour. you can see the empire state building lit up in red, white and blue and the two towers of light in the far distance. >> in other news today, school driver at denver international airport has killed a bus driver and injured ten passengers. police say the school bus had picked up members of a high school football team when it veered off a runway and crashed into a concrete pillar. some of the passengers who were hurt are in critical condition. police say the driver had circled back to the airport after picking up the team and they're now trying to figure out why. >> sad story there. there is a new miss america this morning. >> miss arkansas.

nicole brewer is former miss pennsylvania. so proud of her. keeping it in the cbs-3 family. high pressure in place, and it is anchored, guys, right overhead, so clear outside, it has allowed temperatures to drop so readily. that will high pressure cell keeping control, essentially, across moles at least of the eastern two thirds of the united state. we do see frontal passage late another week. it comes through with kind of little fanfare. see what it does to our forecast in the seven # day. we'll heat up, then drop back down very readily. take a look out here over the tropical satellite. i step to the side so you can see it little better, watching an area for potential development there is one, smack dab in the center of the open waters of the atlantic. this has really high chance, about nine in ten chance of formation within the next five days, if it were to form the next name on the list would be ian, good news, it appears as though this will stay out in the open waters of the atlantic, not pose any threat to the united states coastline. definitely good news. meanwhile, this is a gorgeous day, i don't know how you

what are investor expecting this week? >> get ready for gradual interest rate hikes. eric rosengrand, he's considered a dove, now really flipped over to the hawk-ish side. it is somewhat surprising because it comes after week economic data like the august jobs report, which was disappointing. the next fed meeting september 21, most traders though still think december is more likely for a rate hike. rahel, jim? >> that doesn't sound great. on lighter note this morning, we hear soon may not be reason to wait in the long shake shack lines? >> it is true. shake shack launching cook book next year called the shake shack book. publishers have been pretty tight-lipped about which recipes it will include, hopefully insight on the kringle cut french fries and the tank i shack sauce. >> i don't want to make it myself. that's ridiculous. >> all right, guys. poo-poo it, but i think it will be popular.
